Everyone was friendly and understanding. They listened to my questions and concerns and worked together to resolve any problems. The team was great, everyone did what they promised to do and more. The whole process was nice and smooth. By far the best team I’ve worked with!

Everyone we worked with from KB was super helpful and eager to help! Any questions or concerns we had through the process were addressed quickly and taken care of. The home came out beautiful and we are so pleased!

The finish of the house was not done well. It’s like the project manager didn’t even review the final finish. If I have to go and am able to see easily spotted problems then it shows that the usually expect to have the buyer have to do the checking for them which is not a good practice. I also complained about bugs getting through the side of the walls on the house. A few weeks later and I am seeing ants come from behind the stove and out of one of my electrical outlets in the kitchen. The garage cement finish was also terribly done. There are cracks all over and this is probably due to a rushed job. The amount of cracks and length is not your “average” dry cracks it’s a lot of them. KB homes acts like their gifting their houses away to the customer, they act like I’m not paying over 280k because if they did they would at least try to solve the issues told them. ... More

Great experience working with the sales team.

James and Blake were great throughout the whole process. We were kept apprised of the status along the way. And any concerns were addressed in a timely manner.

The whole process from start to finish was amazing.

From the sales team, design studios team, our mortgage loan originators, superintendent for the build. The whole experience was great for our first home purchase. They made this whole process a breeze. We couldn’t ask for a better team. We definitely made the right choice in choosing KB Home as our first home.

Communication was easy, issues were fixed promptly

My buying experience was horrible. Getting accurate and truthful information was like pulling eye-teeth. Things did not start getting better until the PR guy stepped in. Many of the upgrades were overpriced and some of the trades were very careless with their work. But so far, the PR/Warranty person I've been in contact with is outstanding. I am very thankful for that, and the home is nice. But the buying process was one of the most stressful things I have encountered in quite a few years.

Overall great experience. Appreciated the weekly updates. Great experience at the design center considering the Covid challenges. So far I love my home.

Experience was easy and friendly

I had the BEST sales agent! Cody was super attentive throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgable and helped me to feel confident in my decision to buy a home. I also LOVED getting weekly updates from Cody and Drake throughout the building process. Finally, I had so much fun with Jena at the design studio. She brought my vision to life! Now, I'm in my home and it is truly my dream home!

Timely, Streamlined and straught forward process of home buying.

KB has been a pretty great company to purchase our first home through. We did have delays moving in to our home that were unavoidable due to COVID, but once we got in our home we realized how much pride they take in their work. Even after the walk through, they come back multiple times to make sure everything is fine and fix things that are not. Everyone I have had the pleasure of talking with has been very kind. Jennifer in sales was the most friendly, knowledgeable person on the team. If you have a question, she will find the answer! The woman at the design studio was so kind to us also. She was so helpful when picking out our options. She showed us everything, and I mean everything, to help us make the best decisions. Great job on everything !

Sam and Jason were very responsive and personable. Good people to work with.

We are happy with the home. However, we still have some issues with the home. Additionally, we recently found out that our property extends past the fence KB installed along the back of our property. We've learned that we need to maintain our property behind the fence, but we have no access to it. We also risk losing that portion of land we own to the neighboring development if it's not maintained properly.

Please do your research before purchasing any home, not just KB, but any home. Check reviews online and also check Better Business Bureau (BBB). I wish I would have done more research before purchasing my Sunnyside Estate home.
