I have not been given the walk thru of the house. How everything works.

Purchase experience was great! Liz answered all my question and explained everything in simple terms. I didn’t pick the design options of the house but I was in love with the upgrades the house came with. Again, Liz has been very helpful even after my purchase. She has been responsive to all my questions in a timely manner and has made my first home buying experience amazing!

The KB Home staff was awesome. Each step of the buying process was explained. We also received updates on the building progress of the home.

Be aware after living here for a month or so I find the workmanship was very rushed to be specific the finish work like the calking and wall repairs and trim fitment and the clean up! Also kb could spend a little more to put better product like door handles soft close hinges and don’t paint the door hinges!!!

Everything seemed great when I first moved in but after a few days I noticed a lot of discrepancies in my home. I had a leak in my sink since the builder failed to check for any leaks, a conduit was missing from my bedroom and overall I was not happy with how long it takes to the warranty person to come and check everything out. I was promised a top of the line home and that was not given to me.

My home is great, but I have been having issues getting my furnace working properly. Hopefully this gets fixed soon before it starts snowing. Beautiful home, but it would be better with working heat.

The whole process was amazing but the best part was finally moving in. House was build pretty quick and well build. The whole team was very respectful and responsive. Pedro who was my sales representative did an amazing job keeping updated with anything corporate related. Hector who was the superintendent didn’t let me miss anything as far as building process, super awesome guy. KB Homes is the way to go, you will get your build house like no other.

It seems that this house was a rush build - which left a lot of deficiencies. The customer service and warranty team are diligently working on issues.

I am disappointed in the ‘’ 1770 walking closet’’. Very bad design like the Kitchen pantry. There is hardly no room in the pantry and I live by myself. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable this will be for a family to deal with. All of these minor details creates a dissatisfaction with the house that I bought. It creates unnecessary hazzle that could be avoided. Homes come without gutters. I can’t believe you want to sell a house in that range of money without something that is crucial to have in a house.

The carpet pad was upgraded and paid for but did not meet our expectations. The garage door makes a loud sound.

I appreciate the work that was done on my new home. What I did not like was that the builder came to the home and stated that he would have something fixed and that we would get our home cleaned for free, but later I got a email that stated that there was a claimed for fixing an item and for house cleaning, when we did not ask them to do either. The project that we asked to be fixed was not in the claim. But other than that I am happy in my new home.

Great experience in overall, the building quality is as expected. There are some very small things, I decided to take care myself (paint retouch, doorbell button installation, concrete in the ramp, water dripping from a pipe).

Relatively okay, but I am still not understand the appliances delivered with the home. Cooking stove, microwave, dishwasher, but no refrigerator, why ? I asked this on day one, they said people have different preferences. This doesn’t make sense. You can provide coupon to home buyers if you are serious. Take a survey and work on it.

Home buying experience was great! The house is great!

The homebuying process and experience was great, my agent was really responsive, helpful and available for questions. The house itself is pretty good overall, but it has many workmanship issues that any homebuyer will want to get more professional work done to their newly constructed house. It seems like the skills, professionalism and quality of some of the construction workers that built the house are very low. Like I mentioned before, the house overall is good, but there are many finishes that it was done rushing and just to finish the job. They didn't take pride in what they were doing. I hope that structurally, electrically, and with the plumbing and HVAC installation construction team really took their time and provided a professional and quality work because that is the work that homeowners cannot see and trusts the builders with. ...
