Staff are wonderful floor plans are awesome I don’t like the fact that every thing you have pay extra for a door knob a porch light etc. but other than that I am enjoying my new space

Customer Service was outstanding. Bryon truly cares about what the buyer wants. The process was very smooth and if there were any delays etc. he would let you know right away. The Design Studio was excellent in making sure what personal touches you wanted to add but keeping you within your budget. Rocky, Rob and their whole team go above and beyond to ensure the homeowner are satisfied.

The staffs are friendly and professional. They will listen and answer my inquiries. They are very helpful on selecting items on upgrading my house.

The over all process of purchasing was good. Had some issues but they were resolved. Completed the house on a timely manner. We are happy with our house buying experience.

KB Home staff and work crew were phenomenal in their approach, completion and follow up! They genuinely cared for my satisfaction and took every question, concern and comment I had with patience and willingness to want to correct any concerns and follow up on anything I needed! Any other builder will have quite the shoes to fill if I ever have to move, but I hope to be in this home for a LONG time! :)

We have had a positive experience with our home building process. We were always kept in the loop and up to date on everything that was going on each week. Anything that needed to be tended to was taken care of immediately. The people we worked with from the salesman, the planning center, the contractor, and on have been very friendly and helpful in every way. We recommend KB homes.

Overall I am satisfied with KB Homes finished product. There are a few pending items that still need to be addressed but the staff has done a good job at scheduling the required repairs.

Make sure you fix every detail before final walk

Very good service, some areas of the process need to improve on their response times.

Overall, very happy with home except for too many outside and garage stairs (6) for a ranch home. Also, porch handrails do not come sanded so plan on homeowners doing that themselves. Otherwise, good work and done quickly.

There were some minor issues at the 30 day, which is expected. However, I rated 4 in those 2 areas because some of the issues should have been seen prior to move in plus it's been 3 weeks and there are still a few outstanding issues that have not been addressed.

We were thoroughly pleased with the process from sales to design and construction. Our KB sales and construction manager contacted us weekly from permitting through closing.

Service quality is good, final product too. Just upgraded materials are somewhat over priced.

Mark was fantastic with the sale. Thomas was excellent with the walk throughs, and he gave good advice and helpful hints. Everything brought to his attention was addressed in a timely manner. I was just getting comfortable with Justin but he’s not my rep anymore. He was also very helpful. My2 disappointments are, no white stone on the garage. Should be one of your trademarks. Almost every home has one. Is there a way to get one? And, I wish the gate opened on the other side of the house, hard to get lawn mower to the backyard.

I exceptionally would like to praise Ms Gena for her constant updates towards the construction of my new house

I cannot say enough about KB! My house was well built. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very courteous. It has been a great experience dealing with them. I love my new home!
