We are happy with the home. However, we still have some issues with the home. Additionally, we recently found out that our property extends past the fence KB installed along the back of our property. We've learned that we need to maintain our property behind the fence, but we have no access to it. We also risk losing that portion of land we own to the neighboring development if it's not maintained properly.

Please do your research before purchasing any home, not just KB, but any home. Check reviews online and also check Better Business Bureau (BBB). I wish I would have done more research before purchasing my Sunnyside Estate home.

KB homes provided me a truly rewarding home buying experience. Linda, the sales agent started it with her smile and caring attitude. Laila and Ana with their help in loan processing. Paul with his constant monitoring of the construction and Alberto of customer service. I may have missed some names to mention but KB homes staff really went the extra mile and made my buying a truly memorable one.

Everything has been great thus far just have a few minor complaints but nothing serious. The house has definitely been worth buying and I have also recommended some people to do the same.

Do your research first, get a realtor lawyer to review your contract and offers, visit your construction site every week, stay on top of construction.

My experience with this company was great, with any issue I had the response of their staff was amazing. Cristina was amazing always responded immediately and helped my family and it’s needs!

The entire KB Team is quick to respond to any questions or needs. I have no complaints other than having to do a lot of concrete work and landscaping after the purchase.

Materials and quality of work is not that great. It was a rush work despite of the 7 months waiting. Customer service is great.

I went with KB build because of thier reputation and quality. I was both happy and disappointed in the final quality of my home. seems the final details were very rushed. However I have been working with KB on fixing and finishing all the issues I had since moving in and they are very responsive and everything has almost been completed.

We’ve had a very positive experience with KB Home from our initial tour to the contract phase with KB Home Loans, to moving in and getting settled. The customer service reps who have helped us with some issues/repairs upon move-in have provided top-notch service and care; I can tell they enjoy their roles and care about their clients’ experiences. My husband and I are very happy here so far!

KB homes has been really good to me, my buying experience was a little different but, KB homes made it doable!!! grateful for Belinda Dillard, she is awesome!! she goes extra mile to answer me with all my questions and concerns, also to Scott, he takes care of issues / request in a timely manner.
