The salesman was very informative, easy to talk too and responsive to our questions. I was looking at another builder and had very bad experience, we are so happy that we decided on KB homes.

My house has good insulation to keep quiet and save energy.

I highly recommend KB Homes to anyone considering purchasing a home. Naz and Brian were our 2 main contacts and they both did a great job getting us in the house built to our specifications on time as promised.

Had a good experience - wish communication was a little more proactive at times. Disappointed with some of the workmanship - seemed rush with the way some of the finer details such as the paint boarders or things that are crooked.

My home buying experience was fabulous! All involved were professional, courteous, transparent and consistently kept the lines of communication open!

I liked that they always staid in contact with us and walked us through the hole process.

Everything is great about the home. I would give 5 stars on everything. However, the brand new house came with mice since day 1. They sent out pest control within a few days, and all pest control did was say mice may have already been in the house before we moved. A month and a half later mice start showing up again. Asked customer service for help to determine how mice were getting in and was told by Customer Service this was basically my problem now. It's very heartbreaking being a first time home owner and buying a home with mice from the beginning.

I had a great experience with the sales Rep Elizabeth Medina, she was great to work with and kept me informed ever step of the way.

We had a great experience with our sales person Norma and construction super Q. They were extremely helpful and made us very comfortable during the whole build process. Q has gone above and beyond to help us with any problems or questions we have had even in this difficult time.

Great customer service and satisfaction

Working with Cashundra and Nora was a great pleasure. They were very explanatory in layman's terms bringing it all down to my wife and I level of comprehension. They were timely, knowledgeable, and professional at each and every contact. They made our buying experience so wonderful!!!!!!!!

Our experience with KB was absolutely wonderful. Each KB associate worked with us to manifest our dream home. They were professional, kind, and responded rapidly to questions. If you are looking for new construction, KB is the way to go.

My wife and I wanted to go with another building we left KB for our last stop of the day and were sold the minute we walk into the model for floor plan 2554. We were even more excited that we didn’t have to buy a house as is and that we were able to customize even the smallest detail. This is what home buying should be and KB Homes nailed it. Tony the construction super so or and Jeff was our sales agent they always kept me informed give them a raise and hire more people like those guys!

I received weekly updates from CJ & Lindsay throughout the process and they were great about keeping me informed of changes, delays and anything that I needed to be aware of throughout the process. I loved this and being able to go by and see the progress was awesome. I would highly recommend KB Homes, the quality of the homes they build is great and they were great about setting realistic expectations throughout the process.
