You get what you pay for.

Amazing experience all the way up until fixing minor issues after closing. If they can manage to get in gear in that area, the entire experience would be superb. Excellent quality and workmanship. The sales agent, Paxton, was stellar!

Great homes, the only complaint I have are the closet door are flimsy and fall off track just by opening the door. Cabinet doors are flimsy as well one of the cabinet doors in restroom fell off completely.

Good experience buying a KB Home. Love the house, but sloppy work from contractors. Slow process getting defects fixed.

After moving in, I honestly won’t buy another house through kb. I find that they are a very cheap company. With materials. We paid a decent amount of many for this house and we had to get the bare minimum. For certain things shouldn’t have been counted as an upgrade and others is just common sense to do. We are stuck in this house so eventually we will do for our self and what should have been done to begin with. I will say that the workers are nice, and I liked the fact that they helped with lying down payment ext. but if I could go back, I’d be looking else where.

My home buying experience with KB was a gray experience! I was provide with great customer service through the entire process, and even after closing!

Both my sales person Mark and my customer service guy Justin have been fantastic they have been responsive to our requests and always willing to help answer our questions and find solutions. Their customer focused attitude is a rare thing now a days, it was those two guys that made this experience pleasurable.

We were amazed by the time and effort put into helping us make our home our own. The selections are amazing and plentiful. Even with COVID they were able to timely plan with us and provide ample time to get selections down.

Do a more thorough final walk through.

That to stay on top of all inspections so that they do not run into water leaks. Then have to have home ripped up so the can dry and repair. Also.make sure all parts are there for any appliances they buy fom KBhomes.

The buying process was great. Everyone was professional and very helpful. After we moved in there was great follow up.

I was able to close on my house sooner with the builder being done before the expected date.

The people we have dealt with have been great. The attention to detail of the final product needs more quality control. We have had some minor issues that probably should have been caught in the building process.

We love kb homes! And our sales rep! We just have problems with the construction manager since he had promised that he would get our sliding door fixed before moving in, but 2 months later it’s not fixed yet. But overall great! My sales rep Was amazing! She helped up with the house buying process since it was our first home!

Positive home buying experience but once you move in it’s a different story

Great company. Really enjoyed the process but the basic house without upgrades is not worth the price and some of the upgrades are a little on the pricey side. We did a lot of upgrades ourselves after we closed. Overall would build with them again.

We moved in, and shortly after, the COVID19 quarantine went into effect. So, this had a bearing on the responsiveness to our requests. The biggest plus are the people we have been in contact with to address our issues. They are quick to answer our emails. This is our second new KB home, and we immediately noticed a better service and product from our first experience 11 years ago. I understand that the models are “cookie cutter,” with many upgraded options, but it would be nice if some structural items could be changed, like a pocket door or garage options that wouldn’t change the engineering structure of the home. The workmanship looked rushed. Lots of imperfections. Hire an inspector.

Love the house! Had few minor problems that were resolved ASAP. The contractor help a lot. Constantly stayed in contact and answered all question asked. Overall Experience was great!

I have found issues in the quality of the work done and not so great explanations for the issue.
