The workmanship is very poor and the response time on warranty issues it’s really bad

Things are broken and I have to call manufacturer after when I just moved in. Should be responsibility of KB not the homeowner.

They want you to sign the contract. Give tou the house unfinish. Had alot of issues. Until not its not resolved. Promises promises promiese BS.

Still waiting for construction deficiencies to be addressed AND corrected. 60 days in, very disappointed. Sales & financing went great - all other aspects are lacking.

Warranty person ignored my request.

The loan experience was the best for me. There was no pressure. Lisa was so helpful. She walked me through the process. She made me feel relaxed and happy. So much so I recommended KB to my friends who were looking to buy.

it's been almost 2 months in our new home and little by little things are starting to fall apart. started with the garage and now down to smaller items that I'm able to fix on my own.

I love my new KB home but the responsiveness to issues that should have been resolved is horrible. Please continue to work on customer service after the house is sold.

Happy with the KB Home. Many unfinished issues that are taking a long time to get done. KB selling rep. was great. The house is very comfortable, the layout is very functional. The neighborhood is very good.

There’s a lot of things that need fixing but if it wasn’t for me discovering how lazy the work was done considering the island power cord was never done under the island except 5 inches away and under the carpet is unacceptable. Thats a fire hazard which gives me more concern to uncover more things as it’s coming along. Ken and Jacquie were great overall and this review is not towards them but towards their works they used which they had no choice in such a terrible market we were going through.

The craftsmanship from the contractors are very subpar painting was terrible more paint on floor than on walls cleaning crew did terrible job brick work had huge gaps in brick finally got repaired flooring very cheap chips way to easy need to have all replaced

Cheaply made homes at not so cheap prices.

I have a complaint and for some reason HOA doesn’t answer nor does the office. It seems customers needs don’t matter to those who work for this company. It’s very degrading to the customer and definitely doesn’t make anyone want to suggest KB.

Please get a pre foundation inspection

Sale department are good and helpful. Customer service not good at all.

Contractor say will fix "issues" but you don't hear from him over 2 months.

KB Home builds a beautiful home. Because they are not using there normal contractors our home has a lot of issues that still haven't been resolved. In the final phase of our home before we moved in, they didn't take the time to pay attention to the details of completing our home correctly.

Great company and rgreat costumer service from sales man.

Bad communication with the builder… But on another note..Mrs Kathy was the one who really made this experience so wonderful… I give her all praise…

Check out the home very closely when the chance arrives because the builder does not develop building prints for all modelsl

final corrections took way to long, over 30 days to correct from final walk thru.

I would advise other buyer to be alert. Pay attention during the building process to avoid issues like I have been dealing with. Ensure everything is built correctly. Be involved, and ask questions.

Pretty much everything went as planned.

It was a ok experience overall. The house is nice but definitely could have been better. The house seems like it was rushed to be built and a lot of corners cut. Again my fault for not catching it durning the inspection. Some of the hired trades took pride in there work and it shows while other rushed. Now getting the stuff fixed through warranty is a hassle, the communication isn’t that great and the people try to get out of fixing it when they come and tell you they don’t hear or see a problem when clearly there is a problem. I do not think I would buy another kb home though.

From model home tour to closing the deal kb homes and all the employees (sales, design, construction) were honest and open to any questions I had and provided best service. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend for anyone.
