KB should stand for “Kind Builder”! This was an amazing experience to build a home with KB.

KB has been in the home building business for decades. I really felt comfortable building my dream home at Bear Peak. From the moment we walked into the sales office to securing the contract, through the financing, design studio, and finally, the new homeowner orientation; the experience was smooth and wonderful. We received weekly updates from the sales staff and Project Manager which put us at ease, knowing that our home was being built to our specifications. It was truly a pleasure working with KB Homes.

I still waiting for the part replace to be fix also the construction next door just brought lots of dirt and mud in from on my driveway and no one seen to clean that out. According to the city that is an environmental problem having so much dirt with no erosion control.

The services I received was extremely unacceptable. Mistakes continued to happen not on my end but the sales office and design center. And everyone is extremely slow at handling issues. I have had to write several emails and make several phone calls for issues that are still not resolved. No one takes responsibility for the mistakes made and you bounced around. I would say if have a choice to pick a builder do not pick KB homes. I was also manipulated in giving a first good review that all of my homes issues would be resolved. After my review never heard from anyone again.

Had a great buying experience with KB Homes

As every thing in the life....good and bad things, nothing is perfect!

I found the KB home prices are lower compared to other builders in the same area. Even though the price is lower the quality and workmanship are of high quality. I also like the ability to customize our home the way we wanted through KB Home studio. And they emphasize energy efficiency while building homes than other "fancy" things. That is good for the environment and saves so much utility bills in the long run. Overall the KB Homes provide the best value for your money.

I don't really write reviews but the four names that mentioned in the title really made us feel like they truly cared about us and our priorities. Their professionalism and hard work truly set the standard for KB Home and its competitors.

The Project Manager Nathan Singer and the sales Eddie Liu help us a lot. They did really good job. I want to give them 5 stars Experience.

KB has helped build us a wonderful home. All of our interactions with KB employees have been great--they've gotten back to us as fast as possible any time we had a question or concern, the quality of workmanship has been spectacular, and have always been there for us. I'm loving my home and am looking forward to living here for a long time.

They were there when I needed them the most and are very willing to help.

Sales/office staff were responsive and professional. There were a few hiccups that needed to be negotiated along the way, though this is probably typical of any homebuying experience.
