Excellent group of people! They want to see the buyer succeed in purchasing their dream home. KB stands by you in the ups and downs of selecting, purchasing, moving, and everything in between. After move in they follow up and respond to solve anything that needs to be followed up. Cannot say enough of how good they are!

Good experience overall but we do have some small issue needs to be resolved

Overall the experience was good and we would build again with KB. The finish line to closing was confusing and unnecessarily stressful and some things in the house aren't holding up like they should, like faucets and we haven't even paid our first mortgage. While they have been responsive, the means to fix the problems are a little inconvenient.

The loan officer I was dealing with was outstanding!!

The Superintendent team were helpful all the way to move in. All of them were great. All my concerns were meet to the fullest with respect.

Bryan did a good job and always available when we need help with something.

The first buying experience was interactive, fun and very helpful staff and representatives.

They keep you up to date weekly.

I can't say kb in general, but definitely the people running the show in the neighborhood where my home was built . The worst workmanship I have ever seen..... Like there are so many problems with this home I wish I could give it back. The people they contract with are not professional in anyway. So many corners cut, my slab was jack hammered open 3 times because they did the plumbing wrong ... I could go on and on . Stay away from KB homes.

Since the first day the experience of buying our new home from KB Homes in Sunset Hills, everything has been very smooth, relaxing and pure satizfaction. This people really know what they are doing

The whole buying process was smooth from start to finish. They were also very responsive even after closing and did cosmetic touch ups after moving in.

Within the first month we had issues with the down stairs bathroom toilet clogging. We also had water coming/flooding from the upstairs shower through the walls down stairs. I was assured there was no damage, however, I don't know how this can be known if no one went in to look. I worry about mold developing in the future. Also there was a busted sprinkler pipe in the yard which flooded the yard and inflated my water bill. There are a handful of other things

After 3 months of buying the home, several issues still remain. Some were fixed in a timely manner but others took a long time.

Genesis and Darin were extremely helpful, they went up and above trying to always make us feel excited and very happy throughout the process.

Buying from out of State, all KB Home Representatives were very accommodating to our situation and responded quickly to our questions.

Really impress with the quality of the house and overall staff. Responsive to questions and concerns. They are understanding and always willing to help us with our new home. I would highly recommend buying KB Homes as they are great homes with great staffs.

Our Overall customer service experience wasn't as pleasurable as I would have liked it to have been, But the ending results were captivating.
