Our experience with KB Homes was excellent! During a time when our world was in disarray because of the Covid-19 pandemic, KB homes prioritized our home and finished it ahead of schedule. The workmanship was of the highest caliber and the project managers kept us updated with every step of the process and delivery of our home. There was no stress involved.

We have been in our house for about two moths and so far we've had no issues. We're very satisfied with the support we've received when we had questions. They didn't just sell us the house and left.

I bought a house with KB Home in Willow Trace and I cannot be any more happier than my purchase. Right from the beginning, they have been nothing but wonderful in addressing all the issues and taking time in explaining every single detail to us. The house has come out wonderful and there has not been a single issue I am not happy about or hasnt been addressed. A very good community for money and locality

Love my brand new house. The layout is smart and open. The energy savings is wonderful. The location is the best. KB Home was there for me from beginning to end. The customer service is second to none. Thank you, KB Home!

Last details on the house look the they finished in a rush there is a lot gaps, cracks and the outlets start falling apart.

You get a lot for the money. Details and craftsmanship are completely missing.

Find the house was amazing. I love the community. I love my neighborhood, but regarding issues in the home like the tub has a hole that was mentioned since the beginning to the supervisor has never been fixed. I have three months already living here in my home. also insulation in the garage was promised to put because I have a disabled son that exercises in the garage and still not a phone call to schedule an appointment lighting on my doorbell is not working The tubs of the restroom are dirty since the beginning was mentioned to supervising said that they were gonna be repaint also is not done and more little details like invasion of privacy, taking pictures of my backyard. ... Clint my construction manager is extremely professional and can always rely on him for any issues about my home

The sidings, hardie board around the house were installed crooked some crooked in and some bulging out, making rattling noises even when it lightly windy remind its not even pass 3 months yet after closing. I contacted the warranty officer and all he said is to send out the guy to put nails in, easy as it sound, but with those cracked and crooked in, i asked those to be replaced thy ignore ny request and they said will send out the siding manufacture to inspect. I wonder what the role the siding manufacture plays here since they arent not the one who installed it and arent the one hearing the rattling noises to the point it sounds like you pickup a wooden stud and keep smashing it to the wall. Overall we were treated good until it came time to get all the bugs out. Like door knobs coming off. AC blowing extremely hot only upstairs and we're still having issues

The construction aspect was the worst part of the home buying, things were not properly done before handover George did not do a good job

Sales representatives are great but the quality of work from the builder is so poor. The turn around for work request is so so bad. If I’ll be given a chance to give the house back I will.

Writing reviews is a good thing. But when you move into a new home and things are not right. I'm not a happy home owner. Too many problems in this home and nothing has been done about the problems I'm having. I need someone visit my home to see and understand why I'm not a happy homeowner and should be.

The grass of the house arrived dead and stayed dead. I have several cracks in the walls. The water filter for my house has not yet been delivered

This is our first home and it hasn’t felt like a joyful experience at all. Our yard was horrible. The sod laid was defective and dead and our yard was embarrassing. The yard is still it complete and we’re four months in. The driveway has holes and multiple marks, missing items still, paint marks, and uneven floors. The trades hired had poor workmanship and our home displays that. We’re honestly heartbroken and ready to sale. If you do build with KB in Texas please avoid the builder Gill, our first home is a disappointment. KB has quality office, bank, design, and customer service employees, however, the homes are not. ... More

With a few hiccups long the way that is expected in a home building/buying experience it has been good. One thing to note that I didn't previously is that I was surprised that KB did not provide a microwave or garage door opener. I would expect that a basic microwave would be included and then upgraded would be available but apparently not.

Good experience overall but I wish there was more communication on certain things. There is a slope in my backyard which Im not fond of. I wish the location of placement of the AC unit was communicated to me before hand. Some minor issues with workmanship that are taking a long time to get resolved. Other than that all was good

So far no problems. Chris and Juan have been very helpful throughout the process. The only bad review is the loan process and the title company. They bring the whole experience lower.

The Sales office (Christina) is Great. The Home orientation and warranty guys are real good and responsive. The KBHome Mortgage office is quite inept. They seem to not have their act together to get the information for loan processing in a timely manner. Took 3 months to get this closed!

I am very happy with the customer support from the team. Always responsive to any questions we had.
