All in all pleased with our home. We did have some issues come up, but that’s the case with any house. They have been good to respond when we send a request.

House went up quickly. Had the winter storm not happened in Texas it would have been completed right on time. Team was helpful. I love my home.

Be prepared for patience. the process was long but worth it.

Overall great experience buying home with KB homes. It was good to learn and have options for new homes and they have nice selection in fair price. Design studio visit helped us customized our home the way we wanted. It would be lot better it value was fairly priced as per the market for the buyer that are trying to pick some selection. Other than that, it was nicely build with great customer service.

I enjoyed my experience with KB Knoxridge. LeMonte was awesome always communicated with me and he continued to answer all my questions. If he didn't know he made sure he found the answer for me.

Love my first home and love the sales agent, contractor, designer, everyone was so easy to work with!!

My experience with KB was excellent Denise whenever, I called he would respond and. Help me. Related to my home. He is a True professional that cares. Also Nastacha at KB would also reach out and ensure all was going well and make herself available to explain things related to KB documents and construction time lines.

The price is great but what we get for the base price are things 10 years old in fashion and technology. I hope we had upgrade options that was not priced so high. Also the house is very loud, some thought should have gone into sound proofing the baths or floorboards.

KB homes are very good brand but response to issues are not great

I would buy from them again.

Working with the Dan, the Supervisor post closing, he was very communicative and thorough in checking in on my satisfaction with quality of the work and addressing any concerns.

Had a good experience - wish communication was a little more proactive at times. Disappointed with some of the workmanship - seemed rush with the way some of the finer details such as the paint boarders or things that are crooked.

Excellent staff at sales and design center. Workmanship and sod use is not the best.

Sales/office staff were responsive and professional. There were a few hiccups that needed to be negotiated along the way, though this is probably typical of any homebuying experience.

The experience of purchasing my first home was a lot of stress to be honest. I thought KB did a good job on answering my questions. At first I had trouble getting in contact with My First loan officer. I had plenty of question right after going forward to build a home with KB. Later down the road I was assigned a different person to help with my question and loan they did an amazing job. Overall I’m pretty happy with My home. Houses are expensive but also we need more upgrades which makes more expensive,,..working with the team of KB is great, it’s our first experience for home..we are satisfied..thank you
