I had a wonderful experience and I’m very happy with my home.

The Mortgage Loan Originator was amazing! When there was an issue (unfortunately there was an unusual amount), she helped fix it. She knew how to empathize with me during the home buying process and I have enjoyed working with her! I recommend that you request her by name if you are making a home purchase with KB Homes. KB Homes (for unknown reasons) has a ton of red tape that customers must go through before getting to the finish line but having someone like my Mortgage Loan Originator in your corner will help alleviate the pain. Thank you!

Sales people are great, friendly, knowledgeable. Can't comment on the trustworthiness, I've only been in-home about 40 days, that's to-be-determined. Also to-be-determined is my opinion on the quality/workmanship, as I'm having an appliance issue already, as well as an issue with a window.

We were amazed by the time and effort put into helping us make our home our own. The selections are amazing and plentiful. Even with COVID they were able to timely plan with us and provide ample time to get selections down.

In addition, he quickly resolved minor issues. ***Rick Moruzzi (Sr. Customer Service Representative): Another accessible and trustworthy employee that quickly resolved any issues, answered questions and is extremely helpful. ***Sylma Rojas (Mortgage Loan Originator): Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. She kept me well informed throughout the home-buying process. She was extremely accessible even on her days off. Additionally, she has contacted me several times after closing just to make sure my family and I are doing well and happy with our purchase. The connectedness with the home building process was incredible. I felt very involved throughout and was very excited to be so involved and being able to put my personal touch in the home that I was buying.

If you're looking for these qualities: a well built home in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors you will find these at KB homes

The electric bill is really low for a 2 level home. First month was around 75!

The staff is amazing and are patient with you helping understand all questions regarding build.
