KB Homes from Sales Team to design center to Building Manager all of the customer relationships were great. Suzanne was there willing to walk us through the neighborhoods! (Notice plural) She was transparent and up front on choices in the community and offered solutions on designing. Design team had us experience 2 design appointments which gave us the most opportunities to pick out our choices. Final appointment was a breeze and made us feel very comfortable in what to expect. Build was ahead of schedule by our estimates and have had no issues so far. We are complimented on our choices by family and friends and we love living in the new house. ... More

I purchased model home, move-in-ready. Furnished and all! I did not have the full builder experience, but since I’ve been here the project superintendent Dave, has been great. We noticed minor things after moving in, but he’s been really responsive.

We recently purchased a home from KB Home and overall, we are very pleased with our decision. The house itself is fantastic, and we absolutely love it. We have had a great experience with the property, and one standout feature has been the leadership and service provided by Abraham, who is the property manager. Abraham has been incredibly responsible and attentive to our needs, always offering his help with a friendly and professional attitude. However, there are a couple of issues that we urgently need to address: The ventilation system in the master bathroom is not functioning properly. This needs to be looked into and fixed as soon as possible. We are facing a temperature control issue in the house. Both the second-floor and third-floor air conditioning controllers are only controlling the fan on the third floor. This is causing a significant imbalance in the temperature regulation of the house. While the second-floor temperature sensor is designed to monitor the temperature of the second floor, both hot and cold air are only being directed to the third floor. This results in a situation where the second floor remains unaffected, but the third floor either becomes too hot or too cold due to continuous air circulation. This issue is making it difficult to maintain a consistent and comfortable temperature throughout the house. We would greatly appreciate it if these issues could be addressed promptly so that we can fully enjoy our new home. ... More

I have to give KB an awesome review from the time we moved in everyone was very attentive to the things that needed to be done. Whatever it was. They were always there to help especially Chris that man is amazing he went above and beyond helping my husband and I on everything we needed. He even helped me when UPS decided to drop my husband‘s present, which was so heavy! I could not even lift it dropped it off at the wrong door down the street. He rushed over to help me, lifted it into his truck, rushed it over to my garage and put it in my garage and rushed away because he had to go to a meeting. That man is awesome and I see him all the time here trying to do whatever he can to make people feel comfortable thanks Chris and everyone else that has helped us. The house was built way before we expected.

We bought our home virtually from NYC. The representatives from KB supported us through the process better than we could have imagined. Our sales manager, Andy is fantastic! He kept us abreast from beginning to end. Marissa from the Design Studio was so patient with our virtual meeting. Hector and Wilfred our Construction Managers were very responsive. Hector replies to all our calls. We cannot say enough about Ashley from the Warranty Office. She has responded to our punch list of open items post closing (which were not many) and by this week the majority of them should be closed. She follows up in a timely manner and also intercedes on our behalf with the repair people. We are happy with our beautiful home. ... More

Their care and outstanding customer service to ensured that we were taken care of throughout the entire process including post move in. This is truly outstanding and so refreshing in the current times where customer service seems to often be a lost art. KB has outstanding employees and builds an outstanding product!

Mike and Tracy were very professional and helpful. everytime I call them they made sure that I am getting the right answer and taking care of. Thumbs up to the whole team!

Joe and Josh were very helpful along the way. Always there whenever a question came up and after closing josh has followed up to make sure everything has been ok.

Be sure to research the area your community is being or was built on. Get third party inspections cause the KB construction workers don’t take pride in there work. Keep a list of every repair and how long KB takes to fix it. Tiles started cracking in the second day of moving in the house. I been living here two months now and there are cracks all over the floors and walls in the house, not to mention varies other build issues. The construction manager will submit repair request for the first 45 days after you move in but after that good luck on getting anyone to come repair things. I currently got blue tape all over my walls, unpainted areas, and cracked tiles to name a few things while I wait for KB to give me a date in when the repairs will take place. Very helpful and knowledgeable answer my question right away

I was disappointed with several aspects of the homebuying process and felt it did not meet my expectations. Some finishes and materials did not meet the standard I anticipated for the price paid, and there were minor issues that needed attention. Communication was sometimes unclear, and I felt that updates or timelines could have been more transparent. Given the issues I encountered, I did not feel the home fully reflected the value promised. While some concerns were addressed, there were delays in responses and resolution that caused frustration.
