With this being our first home purchase. We didn't know what to expect, we had alot of questions. We are so glad we went with KB because they were always there for us. Thank you so much KB and your wonderful staff.

The whole KB team was wonderful and responsive to all our questions and queries, shout out to Karen, Tony and Guy for being the best.

The cabinets and baseboards keep breaking :( but we really love the home and the community

Contractors for outside stucco had to come back to repair crapy work. Painters had to come back to repaint an area under the eaves all around the house.

The entire team went above and beyond my expectations. From John in sales, Linda the loan writer, and Bill the construction manager. I was very impressed and happy with the journey I made with KB team.

Dennis and Natacha were a great resource! So helpful and willing!

Home buying process was smooth. The house was done in given time however there were still some minor issues with the house overall, but were fixed quickly. While there are still many issues with the house, I will fix it myself.

KB Home stayed on top of everything. Kept us updated and addressed any issues promptly.

Great home but the experience was a nightmare.

Buying process is quite simple and straight-forward. The build has its highs and lows (document everything anyone says). The after care once you are in the home is the best of any I have ever seen - very quick to resolve.

I really enjoyed the entire process, from initial purchase of selecting lots to financing the loan and final walk through and to final move-in. Nicole and Chris are very helpful and patience to answer my questions. They even offer to do the touch up after move-in.

This was an amazingly enjoyable home buying experience. The staff from my salesperson Travis, loan officers Gina and Tracy and the general contractor Jesse kept me informed and I did not have any surprises or disappointments. KB having their design center visit as part of the process was awesome. It was there that I got to personalize and create my beautiful home with the help of Lindsey and Penny. It was there also where I saw the top quality of the materials that would be put into my home. Love my home and.this spacious and mountain view Saddlebrook community.

Jeffrey the Sales person was very friendly, professional and communicative when addressing any questions in regards to the sale. I was not pleased that after I had placed a deposit on the home, I was sent an amendment that the Model Home I was purchasing was being sold AS IS. The AS IS status was not addressed with me by the seller before I put a down payment on the Model Home. At times Fred, the project manager was not communicative and was slow in responding to issues I addressed about the home. In fact the speaker system was removed from the home and the walls patch after I placed a down payment on the home. I felt as if the home was not a priority since I had signed the contract. I feel as though I overpaid for this Model Home and was told due to the AS IS status it will be up to me to have any issues not covered by the warranty repaired. I am disappointed. ... More
