Our interactions with the sales office and construction superintendent has been great/off the charts. However, the quality of construction has left something to be desired.

Our Builder was awesome!

This builder gave me all the information regarding my home and made it easy to work with a home lender. I was pleased with the quality of the home and met all my expectations. I am a first time homeowner and KB Homes made it easy and simple to get me into my new home.

The whole experience was really good. Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. I especially like that I was able to choose all my finishes

KB is a good builder.Contractor will work with you.Make sure and know all that you want and install before you purchase and visit the home frequently during the build.

We closed 2 months ago. Much of our original punch list is still not repaired. The ceilings in 2 rooms began to sag. They've come in twice, ripped ceilings down leaving us without access to the master bedroom and living room/ kitchen. Ceiling is still not right, lights are removed, crown molding removed and damaged. And they have not shown up the last 2 days when they were scheduled, so I'm left without full access to my master bedroom. "I had an emergency at another location" and "I'm swamped, I couldn't get there today", after being told by the regional construction manager my home was a priority. Just good experiences all around.

KB built our neighbors home after ours was built. They built the same model as ours with their windows all mirroring ours. The fence is lower then the windows, therefore we can see into each others homes. We have NO privacy!

To make sure they keep an eye on their building in progress. I do love my home. Things can change how I feel about the workmanship if things are fix. And so far they are being fixed.

Great company and everything went smooth

From our sales person to the walk through, we were amazed at the ease of the home buying process! It was more exciting to receive the weekly updates as well. KB Home was our first new build purchase, the quality was great and we love it!

It was a great experience. This is my second KB Home, so the last house I bought was also a KB Home. I like the responsiveness and knowledgable staff that KB Homes employs.

Had a plumbing issue within the first day after closing, my home was not complete before the move on. Surround sound wasn’t installed or the screened in patio. Issues were resolved quickly. The house overall is beautiful and nicely built once the issues were addressed and fixed.

From the first moment that I met with the salesperson, to the walk through with the builder, to the follow up with the claims department, the customer service has been excellent!

Excellent process for my first house

My experience with the builder and Sarah was awesome. They answered every question I had and was able to assist me when needed. My 3 star rating is due to the loan officer, Sylma. As a loan officer she was not knowledgeable and very incompetent. She would give closure dates and not make her deadlines. Instead of her being honest with the changes in the closure dates she would put blame on others. I was told my closure date was changed due to waiting on meters to be installed. Once the meters were installed my closure date was changed again because she was waiting on GSFA to approve me. When I contact GSFA I was told my application was not received. Immediately after I contacted Sylma and told her what was said and who my point of contact was and only at this time she admitted to me she was not familiar with the program and had to get educated on it. Her apologies were not accepted because I had asked her before I went with KB Loan if she was knowledgeable to the program and was told yes. I forgot to mention I had given my landlord my notice to move, so I was displaced for three weeks and had stressed this to Sylma and her supervisor Steve. Both of them promised to get the paperwork done ASAP, but that didn’t happen. It took GSFA a few hours to approve my application, but it took them over three weeks to process and submit a few pages.
