Yes Of course it’s amazing homes

Overall it was a great experience

Everyone we worked with during the home building process was easy to work with and timely with their responses. I’d definitely work with them in the future!

It’s was a smooth process. We felt our time was actually taken into consideration and at no point did we feel we were making a rushed purchase.

The salesperson we dealt with was not forthcoming about the true price of the home or the options we would be getting in the home. Our concerns were not addressed properly until we reached out to higher management on our own as our sales agent would not do it. Once we tried to be made whole and expressed the concern to her manager, there was nothing done about it and we were made to feel like it was our fault and we were stuck. Outside of the sales agent and her boss that we dealt with, everyone else was great. Especially the project manager/builder. He took all of our concerns seriously and if there was nothing that could be done, he took the time to explain why. He was great! ... More

Buying and building in the age of COVID is challenging. Our initial salesperson was laid off just as we were set to sign and the transition created misunderstandings. The building process was occasionally frustrating as I wanted to understand the end to end process and various steps along the way. Weekly I asked what work was slated. As a retired project manager, it would have been nice if the project plan was shared so i could better understand and anticipate. Also, during the build our home was struck by a lumber delivery truck. The phase 1 construction manager (Gilbert) failed to properly address my concerns. Be aware of progress and be diligent on inspections. Weekly calls are great, but they don't always have much substance. Most importantly, be patient. When given a tentative schedule, it is kept to the best of their ability, but some things will get missed or shortcuts will happen to meet the deadlines.

Will walk you through the process and answer any and all questions you have. Constant communication.

Great quality in a home.

The house was not ready by closing and my great room and flex room electric outlets were not working. It took them almost a month to fix my front door frame and paint it. In the master bedroom the floor is making a sound because the plywood was not tightened before carpet was installed. Everything about my first home buying experience went wrong

Easy to work with and very fast processing for loans

KB MAKES EVERYTHING SO EASY

Initially the commitment to customer service and quality helped seal the deal, as we got more into the process these things quickly disappeared. Part of what we were sold was the commitment to communication, customer service, and quality. We felt like we couldn't trust anything we heard from anybody, we were told what people thought we wanted to hear. Communication seemed to be the number one thing that we were told was going to happen, far from it. Some of the issues like communication wouldn't have been much of a problem if it wasn't pushed that it was such a priority, creating a chance for expectations to not be met. We love our home, the features, design, and location, unfortunately we have several issues that we will need to address soon from workmanship. We know after building 3 houses things come up, but we have ran into some concerning issues that we will be contacting KB to fix. ... More

It was an overall great experience and there were no surprises.

From the first day that I called to ask about purchasing a home with KB, through working with all the individuals involved in the process when purchasing the home. Was great and I would gladly recommend the team that I worked with to anyone.
