Had a great experience with the sales staff and the construction manager took care of all my issues I had with the house. Really pleased with the whole process.

I’ve watched many renovation shows where the homeowner ran into unexpected expenses when renovating their home. Being the first owner means you know the home is built to code and nobody cut any corners. You’ll save money in the long run because your house was built right the first time.

Loved the communication throughout the process and after closing.

Purchasing process was very smooth.

They should slow down a bit to maintain the quality of the craftsmanship. They rushed just to get it complete and get paid. Understandable, but bad idea.

The service was great. The building materials was great. The price for the home was a good price. Wish could of been at least a little more discount would been excellent but over all good.

After the sell our customer service rep was here anytime we needed. He is most caring as is the rest of the staff. Jeff has always been most helpful before turning it over to Brett!

Beautiful designs of homes, but the quality of the materials used interior/exterior was not satisfactory. Also, some structure choices are questionable when it comes to sound deadening.

Everyone I have worked with has been great. This is my first home to own, so it has been a great experience.

KB has affordable houses and they are all very updated with new technology. However, things in my home were rushed and not done correctly. From un level windows and light-switches (yes noticeably crooked) to a water main bursting in the first two weeks. I do give KB kudos for actively fixing all the issues but still the headache of contractors coming in to my new home to fix things during COVID has been annoying. The customer service team is responsive and proactive because they know that the workers who built the homes did not do so to standard. All new homes have issues that need to be worked through understandably, and Gary (customer service guy) is great at assuring me things will be fixed. But it has been a long process that I do not see ending as soon as I would hope. ... More

I wanted to share and thank KB homes and especially the builders for the hard work they put together to accomplish our new Dream House in Lake Lucerne that we are very proud of it. As a first-time homeowner moving from Puerto Rico. I purchased the build to contract home while being deployed in California. And made it so much easy and simple. Especially when the pandemic started in April everything was done virtual including the showroom. The builder’s project manager was very professional, amazing and, would go out of his way to assist us through the pre-construction virtual meeting with our expectations, floor plan design, building process of permits, weekly updates, pics during all stages, always kept us informed throughout the full construction. We also really enjoyed our final walkthrough inspection with the Builder they were very thorough interior, exteriors the quality and detailed was awesome. I would highly recommend KB Homes and the builders to anyone who wants to buy a new home. Job well done!! ... More

The worst construction crew (Hector) Ernesto was helpful.

That to stay on top of all inspections so that they do not run into water leaks. Then have to have home ripped up so the can dry and repair. Also.make sure all parts are there for any appliances they buy fom KBhomes.

KB Homes is so professional and attentive to our needs. They truly made us feel special and valued customers. I’m so glad we chose to work with them on building our first brand new home.

KB home is was amazing throughout the process. I am a first time home buyer and I could had not chosen anything better than KB home as my first home purchase. I got constant updates on how the house was coming along. Nothing beats seeing your dream home being built right in front of your eyes.

Houses are expensive but also we need more upgrades which makes more expensive,,..working with the team of KB is great, it’s our first experience for home..we are satisfied..thank you
