Why buy a 30-40 year old house when you can get a brand new one at lesser/same price. A wide array of products available from condos to townhomes to single family homes. The community at Communication Hills is young and active with a lot of folks going out on walks late in the night with pets and children (safe neighborhood). Material quality is good and customer service post move in is amazing too.

Everything moved along in a blink of an eye. The entire process was very good. The loan processor was design desk consultant and build site contractor were exceptional. My only wish is for a better conversation when setting up the build. We didn't recognize it wasn't what we thought it was until it had walls. Very odd how much you can assume in the process without even noticing. I'd suggest the actual build site contractor be part of that stage to ensure educated customers and reduce misunderstandings.

Sales people and construction manager are top notch, very attentive to any concerns we had.

From selecting a plot to completing the house KB homes has amazing customer service. We would whole heatedly recommend them!

The group here in castle rock is just amazing!

We love our house, but we had to move quickly so the walk through was fast and now we are seeing small details. The main issue that we had/have is some of the light fixtures and fire alarms are popping off.

Awesome Builder that made sure the entire process was smooth and kept us updated on the status of our home.

This is the first time I have built a new home. I have enjoyed it so far and any issues that I have had have been resolved quickly. KB folks on site have been friendly and responsive.

KB was very attentive to all of our questions and took the time to walk us through our options for purchase with no hassle. Mick was with us from build to move-in and beyond and Pam made sure we were getting the best service and attention!

At first any issues were fixed quickly but now it’s taking a long time to get things fixed. Our back patio cracked after living here about 1-2 weeks and no one has come out to fix that yet, as well as our front walkway crumbling at the corners. Then we discovered a leak in our kitchen window about 3 weeks ago and still waiting on someone to fix. About a week after closing we submitted a request due to the kitchen cabinets having numerous scratches, dents, and black markings on them. I did pay for the most expensive cabinet upgrade and am very disappointed with the quality of them. We also upgraded to vinyl plank flooring which was supposed to be durable, but we have already made multiple deep scratches from minimal use and no kids or pets. Price was very expensive and the quality isn’t there. Our bathtubs have red markings on them that I can not seem to remove no matter what I try, backsplash is cut uneven in some places and grout is sloppy. Caulking was done but sloppy. Trim work is pretty bad, almost every corner is cut wrong, and there are some areas with deep scratches on it that we’re never fixed. Also upon moving in they got hundreds (not even exaggerating) paint drips all over my floors that we had to crawl around and try to scrape up, and even 2 months later we still have paint drips on the floor. KB has been great throughout the whole process. Even after moving in KB follows up to make sure there are no issues and if there is anything needed. Any issues or questions have been handled in a timely manner. Great experience!

This is my first actual new home I’ve ever purchased. Prior to my purchase I had a used home that was made by KB when I lived in SoCal. I’ve never had any issues with that house that I previously lived in, and that was the main reason why I decided to make my first home purchase with KB. In my personal opinion it seems as if there has been a decline in the craftsmanship and focus on quality for my specific home I purchased. However, my property custom service is KB’s saving grace. He working extra had to right all the wrongs I’ve experienced since I took delivery of my home. We still aren’t done, but I have confidence in in his abilities to address all of my concerns. ... KB home was a very professional and all around Great company in every department! I felt like I was a part of the building process the entire time from signing and even beyond closing!

We are extremely happy with our purchase of our new home with KB Home. As a 1st time home buyer I am still blown away that I am a home owner. After spending 4 years in an apartment I never thought I'd be able to escape the Apartment life. That is until we stumbled upon KB Home and set a plan to make our dreams become a reality.
