How unready this house was to move in to. They are still coming out to fix stuff. Some of the people coming have even said this should have been done before I moved in. On a good note KB has done an excellent job of repairing or changing things.

Quality of the home for the price is good.

We love our house and was very good overall experience with KB.

Our builder communicated with us throughout the construction process - Both by phone and pictures (we were out of state). Once we moved in, his response to both little and big issues was/is phenomenal.

There were some things needing attention that were taken care of in a timely matter. I love my house

The process was good. I found it disappointing from the get-go that if our real estate agent was not present on first visit they would not be allowed on the purchase contract. This cost me several thousand dollars on the start with no going back, despite using their preferred agents. The building process was good and relatively quick despite the early stages of the pandemic. The builder overseeing my home was outstanding and fixed everything I requested, within the bounds of KB's very tight leash. The design center had plenty of options despite being highly overpriced, I performed the same upgrades myself at 25% of the cost. The primary down point was when I was up-sold by HomePro for a internet/cable provided conduit that ended up being useless due to a failure for the company to communicate with the installers from AT&T. Great price and costumer service

KB was great with every step. They took the time to explain and collaborate with us to make our experience smooth and seamless. We appreciated every person who helped us with this process in buying our 1st home.

Staff was very helpful and professional throughout the entire process of building and buying our new home.

I like the clever use of space. Plenty of storage. The response to any questions I may have ... very prompt response.

The building process was so exciting! The contractor was very knowledgeable explained the whole process , even sent pictures when there was any updates on the house .

Supposed to have a 1 year warranty on issues but there is no point of contact, the buying experience was horrible and they locked me into not using a realtor. The floors are warped in several homes in this community, the irrigation and land sloping is not bad. Constant issues, I wish KB just followed through with their promises.

Great experience with KB homes

KBHome team is awesome, they made the move-in very easy and the service provided is amazing.

This is my second KB Home. I feel confident that they care about the quality of the product they provide.

A less than great rating on quality and trustworthiness. I do commend the sales associate, construction supervisors for addressing all concerns immediately upon communication to them. Not complimentary of the subcontractor's used to build the home. Several major items missed that should have been completed upon build up of the home.

First time home buying experience was awesome there was no pressure or hassle to buy . The staff was very professional and friendly . David the salesperson was very up front and honest and answered all of our questions to help calm our fears . Once we got into our house Joey the site superintendent would text me and dropped by our house to make sure that everything was great with our house and to correct any minor issues such as touch up paint. Overall I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating :

Mike, Tony, and their construction teams, did excellent work at each stage of the home buying and building process. They kept me informed, met with me periodically to review/discuss the home-build progression, and were always helpful and kind. I'm very happy with my KB Home!

The treatment you get when you get in contact with KBHS is excellent and very helpful all the way from initial to closing and moving in the house they go beyond of what you expect from a seller and they stay in contact to let you feel very comfortable in doing business with KBHS

Robbie, Jeff, and Mike were all a pleasure to work with and they all kept my husband and I in constant communication with any and all updates!

The experience from buying to move-in was well managed by the KBHome selling agent and the building superintendent. They were very attentive to my needs and many questions.
