The whole process went pretty smoothly, and we’re very happy. There are some minor issue with the house after the closing, and it’s been taking long to solve them.

I'm not happy about how much pressure on my getting in the home and the fact kb home's refuse to work with my realtor giving myself and her a very difficult time and most of the time I was asked for the same thing over and over again and I was rushed to get into the home,kb home's wouldn't wait until the sale of my other home, and the first construction manager was doing a good job sad to see him go

This was my first home buying experience. Everything went smoothly from the first day of looking at the models to even after getting the keys. Every step of the way there was someone available if we had questions. We were updated on the progression of the house two times a week. 10 out of 10

The home buying process and closing went smoothly, and the purchase was completed without any issues. During the final walk-through, several issues were identified that needed to be corrected. However, four months later, some of these issues still remain unresolved. We have been in contact with the KB Home VP representative and are expecting all pending items to be resolved within the next couple of weeks, as previously promised.

Was a quick close which we are grateful was able to happen

As a first time homebuyers we did face alot of issues but Thomas and Daniel was always there to help us out ! I really appreciate them both

We purchased the home and watched it being built. Interesting process and KB appeared to do a good job with that. We did have issues with things being incomplete right up to closing and then they scrambled to fix what was relatively little stuff; it was just super annoying to see (and mentioning them) these items right up to the closing walk-through. week after week. Som,e of the upgrades seem to lack bang for the buck the Gourmet kitchen just adds taller cabinets and supposedly better appliances. The lower cabinets are annoying since they do not offer drawers vs cabinets.. You find yourself on hands and knees looking for stuff. Argh.. There is little to no Smart home integration... I bought what I thought was a digital lock that ended up being a Z-Wave installation that, 2 months later, is still not working, and KB says your problem not ours. Again minor but very annoying. ...
