Love my new forever home! I looked at many builders floor plans and construction, available lots and communities before deciding to go with KB Homes. The floor plan and space are just what I wanted, The people working for KB are great, providing personal care and very prompt addressing any issues since I have moved in. I have had no problems with the home and am very please with my choice to buy from KB.

Its a great pleasure and happiness from the whole buying experience. We are so happy to have this home at a great deal. Most importantly Service provided and the follow-ups are pretty good and very responsive. It improves our trust towards this huge purchase.

Made our first time buying a home easy!

The KB home sales office staff, building superintendent and warranty personnel were excellent. very caring and personable.

My experience was great. I’m loving my new home. It’s so comfy.

We were very pleased with the homebuying process. We loved going to the design center to "dress up" our home, and the array of options was awesome. We also loved our construction site supervisor who was wonderful with communication and addressing small touch ups. Ultimately, we love our new home! The only thing that took us aback was how price increases can occur unexpectedly.

all is what to be expected

Overall, the buying experience left a little to be desired. We had multiple salespeople and none of them were top notch. The individual that we met with in the design studio was great. The design studio could of had more options but overall still made some good picks. Our superintendent was awesome and very helpful. He made our home buying experience better than anyone else we dealt with. If we had to go back, we are not sure we would purchase from KB again, but we do love our home. Gave them 4 stars because our superintendent made up for other areas that were lacking.

The home loan people were horrible. I wanted to back out based off of their issues but my realities talked me out of it. I like the house but you really should restructure your home loan people. It’s like they have no idea what they are doing and ask for the same thing multiple times through multiple people or they wait till last minute to ask for something that they should’ve known they’d need months prior. I will never use your in house lender again it wasn’t worth the headache. If it wasn’t for the Superintendent I’m currently working with I would give you all 1 Star. Thank him he saved you. ... More

They are a great team and superintendent Craig is awesome. Very knowledgeable and responsive fast. Sales lady Nicole very helpful.

The house design is beautiful and simple.

I was able to close on my house sooner with the builder being done before the expected date.

I feel KPH Holmes builds a good home, But their responsisiness to the customer is poor, They pulled back a $2000 offer at the sales office, And refused then negotiate anything for a better deck, I ended up with a tiny deck.. Very poor customer satisfaction at the management level.. I would not recommend kbh homes the anyone else.

as the home owner I had to stay on top of the builder. They lacked supervision

It was refreshing to deal with professionals who had my best interest top of mind. From consistent follow up, eagerness to complete the repairs and willingness after move in to perform touch ups. Again it was a very refreshing experience!

Overall, my experience buying a home from KB was very good. Many, or most things about the home we liked. However, KB could improve the quality of a few items such as shelving, exterior light fixtures, and bathroom faucets. Appliances were quality and American made. The waterproof Shaw vinyl flooring was beautiful and a good quality. So overall, we got our monies worth. One last improved would do well in the long term, and thats a keycard accessible gate at the entrance to the community. It would be worth a few more dollars in HOA fees.
