All of the KB representatives were wonderful to work with in the process of buying my new home. All my questions were answered promply in a professional manner. Customer service in sales, site manager and financial advice were all amazing. I tuely felt they had my best interest in mind throughout the whole home buildlng process.

Kevin and other associates kept me updated w/ current progress as well as photos. (I was purchasing while living in another state. ) felt confident of my best interest.

lacking quality of build. no interior insulation - you hear everything from the next rooms , especially from the bathrooms and kitchen. Very sloppy!! You get what you pay for.

We had a great experience with Justin as far as building was concerned. He was quick to answer any questions and address any issues. I would recommend him to anyone looking to build a home!

Very happy with the whole experience.

The design of the home impressed me so much that I went from viewing the model to going on contract in 5 days. Diane was very helpful in guiding me through the process, as was David with the financial part. Everything went so smooth.

Overall the experience was great! I give them 5 stars on everything. Only thing I put low was the quality of workmanship. I had to be very hands on with the home since day one (frame placed 1" to the right on foundation, house color painted in correctly, additional minor damages happening after each team visited (I.e. carpet team broke baseboards, painting team broke garage drywall, landscaping damaged garage floor.. list goes on). After closing, I also noticed some things that were not done right (unnailed backyard fences & loose door knobs, unpainted areas showing drywall color especially in bathrooms, loose towel racks).. I bought my property already finished and it was move in ready at closing. Smooth process.

The quality for value is outstanding but the customer service, communication and follow up throughout the whole process was beyond excellent! We love our new home and all those at KB who helped to make it a reality!!!

We where always kept in the loop of what was happening.

I would HIGHLY recommend using your own lender along and make sure you are on top of them because they dropped the ball A ALOT.

Overall process was long and frustrating not KB’s fault but our Bank loan process. Overall experience with builder was great. House was ready to move in. There a few things that need to be fixed after move in that we haven’t received any response or done yet.

As homeowners in a new city and state, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our new home. But what surprised us even more was the people. Everyone, from the sales persons to the carpenter that had to fix our door, were will to go above and beyond what was expected. What made this buying experience exceptional was the people.

We were given updates and progress report every week during the process, KBH staff were very professional and knowledgeable.

Had to do 3 walk throughs. When something needed to be fixed, it created other new issues. The person doing the walk through tried to get me to just nod, say yes, and sign off on the house. He got very annoyed when I refused. When other issues arose I dealt with Mark. He was fantastic in getting my concerns taken care of in a timely manner.
