Great experience for a 1st time home buyer.

The building process was so exciting! The contractor was very knowledgeable explained the whole process , even sent pictures when there was any updates on the house .

Supposed to have a 1 year warranty on issues but there is no point of contact, the buying experience was horrible and they locked me into not using a realtor. The floors are warped in several homes in this community, the irrigation and land sloping is not bad. Constant issues, I wish KB just followed through with their promises.

KBHome team is awesome, they made the move-in very easy and the service provided is amazing.

This is my second KB Home. I feel confident that they care about the quality of the product they provide.

A less than great rating on quality and trustworthiness. I do commend the sales associate, construction supervisors for addressing all concerns immediately upon communication to them. Not complimentary of the subcontractor's used to build the home. Several major items missed that should have been completed upon build up of the home.

First time home buying experience was awesome there was no pressure or hassle to buy . The staff was very professional and friendly . David the salesperson was very up front and honest and answered all of our questions to help calm our fears . Once we got into our house Joey the site superintendent would text me and dropped by our house to make sure that everything was great with our house and to correct any minor issues such as touch up paint. Overall I would give them a 10 out of 10 rating :

Mike, Tony, and their construction teams, did excellent work at each stage of the home buying and building process. They kept me informed, met with me periodically to review/discuss the home-build progression, and were always helpful and kind. I'm very happy with my KB Home!

The treatment you get when you get in contact with KBHS is excellent and very helpful all the way from initial to closing and moving in the house they go beyond of what you expect from a seller and they stay in contact to let you feel very comfortable in doing business with KBHS

The experience from buying to move-in was well managed by the KBHome selling agent and the building superintendent. They were very attentive to my needs and many questions.

Every single person that we worked With at KB was fantastic. From the sales office, to the design studio, through the construction phase, and afterwords was absolutely amazing. Any concern I had Was dealt with and resolved immediately. I never had to worry that my family and I wouldn’t be 100% taken care of.

The experience was a good one.

Everyone was great to work with

From start to finish the KB team made me feel like part of the family. Buying a home can be stressful enough, but buying a home during a national pandemic is off the charts. The sales (Joe F), construction (Hector R), and the financing (Jose G) leads were on top of their game, helped remove obstacles, allow me a small tweak here and there, and ultimately won me over as compared to other national banks. They were most definitely my dream team and I would buy another KB home because of them.

I enjoy the unique designs that KB has to offer. Our KB Home is very spacious and beautiful inside and out! We’re very happy with our new home and do not regret choosing KB Home as our builder

KB has the finest staff. From sales to loans and studio to the final phases and after closing the staff is there to make the seamless process to your personalized liking. I have to say that I'm completly satisfied.

I bought my house during COVID-19, when things were crazy and uncertain. They did their best to deliver the full customer service experience given the social distancing limitations. My sales consultant was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions/emails. She also sent periodic pictures of the progress. On the financing/paperwork side, I was a little confused and disappointed. Both of my loan experts got changed on me mid-purchase, which led to a lot of re-sending of things already sent, confusion, and frustration. My final down payment amount changed 3 times in one day (after I had already secured the cashier’s check). There was a shortage of appliances during this time and I had ordered a refrigerator for the house from the design studio. The fridge wouldn’t be ready in time for closing so they provided me with a loaner fridge, which I was then able to keep. There was then a lot of confusion and miscommunication about delivery of my other fridge. I was given a delivery date by one construction manager which we had planned for Thanksgiving week when I was off of work. When the day came, it turns out that the fridge had been sent back and the construction manager had left the company without communicating the fridge issue with anyone else. I spoke with the warranty guy who got right onto the problem. He put me in touch with the regional construction manager who then tried to troubleshoot the delivery of the fridge. The problem was that it could only be delivered the following week when I would be back at work. The regional construction manager was very accommodating about that. The fridge was actually delivered at about 9 that morning. Apparently it was guarded all day while it sat in my driveway. When I got home from work at 4, there were about 5 guys here ready to move the other fridge and install the new one! I was very impressed and pleased with willingness of everyone to go above and beyond to right something that was essentially beyond their control! KB Home is definitely a great choice with outstanding quality.

I bought an inventory house so many things I can not say anything even very weird design and people sale people just answer me 《 someone ordered this house that way 》 but very weird issue for example Outlet power did not work any button on the walls when I installed fans I can use only remote control but they told me someone ordered to build this way so why we stupid to pay and build all button off and on the lights and fans on the walls?? Why? Or another sample outside under the roof we got 3 corners got outlet power for camera system and they missed one corner front right side I showed them and asked for help they also defensed people designed this way so we can not do the 4th one for you Cable outlet for TV only master room and living room got outlet. 3 others room did not have outlet! 3 others builders around showed me it was standardized nowadays Well I paid 20 000 usd to get kb house more than other 3 builders around same zone same square feet 1700 but quality was worse and old design more than them if I paid 233000 to buy a house at Ryan builder I got full upgraded back Patio tiles sinks fans wsher dryer all set Well I learned a big lesson to buy first house then Too late to say anywords ...
