Coming from the construction industry myself it was a absolute pleasure to work with KB Homes. Everyone was so friendly and wonderful to work with from the beginning. I could not have picked a better builder to work with for my new home. The quality of the home is outstanding!

Our agent and lender was excellent and kept us well informed. Overall our home is very nice, and the selections were better than other homes we looked at.

I appreciate customer service the most and Bill was amazing throughout the process. He always promptly responded to my questions and was on top of everything. I knew everything that was going on with the house building process. The house itself is also beautiful. The only negative thing I have to say is that there were definitely some things that could have been done better as far as painting and cleaning up better but even with that, they were very good at coming back and fixing those issues which I was very happy about. Bought a "model" home. After moving in, I have a huge list of repairs needed and am still unable to use some of the upgrades I paid for. This is my 3rd house purchase, 2nd new construction purchase and the worst home buying experience. I am extremely disappointed with KB Home.

Although I started my home building process at the beginning of Covid, which caused some delays, my experience was great. Everyone was very nice during the process.

Fantastic team of Pros who communicate well and were able to give a homebuyer the attention needed during Covid. Although it took a little longer to get to the build, the home is worth the wait.

Having had experience with both spec homes and custom-built homes, KB did an overall excellent job building this home, given the circumstances of the Covid shutdowns. We would have liked more variety in our optional items; and a little quicker response to our punch list needs.

Great experience with the whole staff. Workmen especially responsive to fix some small things we noticed after moving in,

The home is very nice but I was disappointed because the bed rooms are very small considering the square footage of the home. I would have rather have a smaller backyard to much larger bedrooms. The masters suite is average and that should be the largest room in the home. One of the rooms is so small until I will have to use it as an office space.

This is the worst builder I have encountered, sales team were fond of canceling transanctions and no considerations at all and end up putting more downpayment just to save the deal and resolved the issue. They will not work for you to make it happen you have to work on them with their expectations.

Terry Heyden was fantastic through the entire process from beginning to end. He's gone out of his way to follow up with me even after we've closed to make sure everything with our home is going smoothly. Terry is a true professional in every aspect.

From start to finish our experience was wonderful. Prompt service and trasparancy were the key factors.

I like the follow up services, post sale. Their responsiveness and willing to help was a nice surprise.

Karen make you feel you are literally part of her family. Her knowledge and personal treatment made the while process the difference. Be ready for the underwriting process, is not an easygoing.
