I really appreciated the attention that Jill and Robert provided. I do find it odd that we had to reach out to the HOA for our mail keys and they weren't provided with the house. Very inconvenient having to pick them up or even have them mailed.

Everyting is good and fine

Our experience with KB was great we appreciate all the hard work that was put in. The KB team did an excellent job every step of the way from the start of our home to finish. I was very satisfied with the service I received, our home is amazing!

I loved my home buying experience with KB, right from Sales to Design Center to Construction updates and closing, everything was seamless and meticulous. It is well worth the investment. The only recommendation I have is to match the home price with current market price and the price of similar homes being sold in the community

we had a few minor issues after moving in .. Alex was very responsive and had everything resolved in a timely manner.. very happy with new home purchase... it's a nice neighborhood and everything seems to be very energy efficient

My experience with KB Home in Wilder Pines, Lakeland, FL has been frustrating. Since moving in, I’ve encountered ongoing issues with the quality and condition of my home. I’ve reached out to the customer service team several times, but the follow-up has been inconsistent, and many of my concerns remain unresolved. One of the most challenging aspects has been the lack of communication. Promises to return calls or provide updates have not been followed through, which has left me feeling overlooked during a time when support should be a priority. I expected better accountability and service after closing on my home. Unfortunately, my experience has not met those expectations. My wife and I had a great first home buying experience with KB homes. Valerie was friendly and informative, when we were closing Dave and Jim made us feel confident in our home.

We had a wonderful sales rep, Yolanda that was knowledgeable and patient with all our first time home buyer questions. She kept us updated and in the loop on the construction weekly and explained clearly how the process worked. Also Marcus our loan officer through KB was very responsive to our text and calls, he helped us get a loan that worked for us. Overall very satisfied with purchase.

The KB team has been a pleasure to work with during the process of purchasing a new home. This is my second home with KBH and i would blindly recommend them to everyone i know. The staff throughout my entire process the 1st and 2nd time was amazing, keep me in the loop of everything made sure every single detail was perfect after every walk through and everything was no less than perfect when we closed. Nice customer service and good price.

The process with Kb Home has been interesting. On one hand, there are very nice floorplans and lots of options to semi customize your home. However, my experience was a bit challenging because no one shared details with me of the KB Home process. There were disconcerting moments with the sales department, design center, and with the loan processing department, in particular. I have had several challenges getting a response on some issues and currently even with the title company that KB Home uses.

I am now into my 1st month in Orchard Park, and I must say I am extremely impressed. The grounds are kept up on point almost every week. The neighbors are so friendly and kind I never miss a wave of a hand from anyone in Orchard Park. I can honestly say without NO Doubt I will remain here for years to come. A big thank you to Chris, and Rachel you guys are amazing.

We had an awesome experience working with KB homes team. Process of picking up the lot of my choice till the closing day was extremely smooth and pleasant. Delivery was RIGGT ON TIME. Design center had multiple elegant choices of lights, countertops, kitchen fixtures and cabinets. Upgrade prices are very reasonable. We were informed and involved at each and every step. Find the house was amazing. I love the community. I love my neighborhood, but regarding issues in the home like the tub has a hole that was mentioned since the beginning to the supervisor has never been fixed. I have three months already living here in my home. also insulation in the garage was promised to put because I have a disabled son that exercises in the garage and still not a phone call to schedule an appointment lighting on my doorbell is not working The tubs of the restroom are dirty since the beginning was mentioned to supervising said that they were gonna be repaint also is not done and more little details like invasion of privacy, taking pictures of my backyard. ... KBs team was helpful and quick to fix any issues that occurred. Helpful and great over all.

I am disappointed in the ‘’ 1770 walking closet’’. Very bad design like the Kitchen pantry. There is hardly no room in the pantry and I live by myself. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable this will be for a family to deal with. All of these minor details creates a dissatisfaction with the house that I bought. It creates unnecessary hazzle that could be avoided. Homes come without gutters. I can’t believe you want to sell a house in that range of money without something that is crucial to have in a house.

Our new home buying, building and financing experience with KB Homes was outstanding in every way from start to finish. The entire KB team was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, proactive, caring, diligent, and delivered a customer service experience of the highest standards.
