From my first encounter with my sales consultant My, to my builder inquiries with Luis, to my homeowner inquiries with Joseph; KB Homes has not disappointed me. My questions and concerns were met with solutions from all representatives within the business day. Their priority is to make sure the new homeowner feels safe and secure with their homeowner investment. They clearly provide a service to their customers that far exceeds what I’ve experienced in the past with buying a home.

Our experience with Jon and Devin was amazing! They were extremely helpful in not only walking us through things we'd need to know as a new home buyer, but also making sure that we were satisfied with everything even after closing by providing a few handyman services even when they were "off the hook"

Rick is very responsive and takes care of the issues promptly we find after we moved in less than two months ago

We purchased this KB home very recently and living in it for around two months now. Build quality looks good to us, outer wall including window panels are of solid quality. Great insulation ! Good quality flooring. Builder was also very responsive and took care of all the issues (mostly minor) that we faced once we moved in. Although we expected few things could be much better such as kitchen counter top which seems to be cheap builder grade quality. Also, kitchen appliances like dishwasher, oven (range) etc- they were very basic and builder grade quality. I think apart from these we liked everything in the house. ... More

We are super happy with how our home turned out. It was a smooth and easy process and everyone was very helpful. Have no complaints and would highly recommend to anyone looking to build a new home! Our sales agent Cliff and superintended Parker were amazing!

When it comes to KB, workmanship is up to par. The PM team is very knowledgeable and attentive to your building needs. KB sells team and relationship building needs work. They are not transparent and are not very personable. They are thier to sell you a product, and thats it. Recommend working with a broker outside KB and expect to be on your own.

I love everything about KB HOme. The Rep was professional and understanding that my husband and I want to be in our first home. Our Rep helped us picked the best floor plan for us that we loved and was in budget. Loved how they took their time to talk us through the process and worked with us to the very end.

My wife and I can truly say our experience purchasing our lot and building our house was truly amazing. From the upgrade and design to the building process we were weekly updated . Upon completion we were signed off by John and he was so patient. There are minor issues but Rob our concierge always come to the rescue. Our sales headed by Dale and Courtney plus Mitch , Rodrigo and John saw to it that all our requests were given attention. The loans officer , Jim tried his best . Overall experience , we give them 5 Stars . Thank you KB Homes for bringing our dream house into reality.

Everything was smooth from picking out my lot to the closing. Blayne who I like to point out was wonderful throughout the whole building process!

Everyone from beginning to end was great, helpful and honest.

We were very pleased with the entire homebuilding process. The team was professional, efficient, and worked with great dedication. We feel the workmanship and materials are of excellent quality and we are happy with our new home.

Kb homes make an amazing homes and the team work are amazing with the communication and orientation with the whole process

The home buying experience from sales, purchase and after went smoothly through each area.

Good experience overall but I wish there was more communication on certain things. There is a slope in my backyard which Im not fond of. I wish the location of placement of the AC unit was communicated to me before hand. Some minor issues with workmanship that are taking a long time to get resolved. Other than that all was good

Fee stuff to fix when we did inspection but thats about it
