KB Homes build us a beautiful home. All expectations were exceeded.

It was a enjoyable house buying process.

KB has really nice designs and locations to pick ,however lack of workmanship and people with good customer service skills are needed to be improved by KB home

KB Home Builders are the best. Their team of professionals- from Sales Agent, The Studio Design, Loan Officers & the Superintendent who watches our home building are thorough and right on time. They took us hand by hand from purchasing, seeing an empty dirt lot to a very sophisticated and very functional high tech home. They are built sound and well and are so concern about every aspect of our home journey, that it felt like I was home with family who cares about us.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE THE HOUSE. But there was need to fix. I HAVE ELECTRICAL ISSUES NEED TO BE REPAIR AT MY KITCHEN AREA, THE ADDRESS LIGHT NOT WORK OFF DURING THE NIGHT, BACK PATIO ELECTRIC SOCKET LOOSE, BATH ROOM MIRROR LOOSE....KB HOME PLEASE FIX MY HOUSE.

Everyone was very thorough. They also made it a point to keep us in the loop as any issues were being resolved.

Throughout the entire process the staff was amazing. They were very professional, kept us informed, and made us feel welcomed in the new neighborhood. I would recommend KB to anyone looking for a new home.

It is all very good.

Cabinet had to be refinished because of damage. Lights in kitchen stopped working about 3 weeks into living here

Our experience has been mediocre specially with numerous maintenance requirements in a brand new house.

From the beginning to the final process, all reps were courteous, willing to help and answer questions.

They were very attentive, I had a great experience with KB.

Overall we are very happy with our purchase from KB, however the responsiveness to getting the items fixed from our walk through has been a bit slow and tedious. We were also not informed correctly about the monthly cost of the HOA payment earlier this year, which was unfortunate, at best. Overall, Kb has been a pleasant to partner with and we are satisfied with the company and our new neighborhood.

I purchased a beautiful home. Everything was pretty close to perfect. I had an electrical issue and a HVAC issue when I moved in. I let the superintendent know and he got everything fixed right away.

There were some issues on the builder part but they made it right and we love our new home

Overall, a pretty good experience. The Design Studio was great. Sonia helped us design a beautiful home. The ability to choose so many options isn't what I expected and the price point for upgrading is very reasonable. This makes each home unique. I do feel that some of the contractors aren't as detailed as others, but the Construction Manager tightens up any concerns promptly and follows up appropriately.

Buying a home can be overwhelming however KB Homes not only has a great process that keeps the homeowner in the loop from the start to the finish of your home but their team/employees are awesome. They are very professional at all times and they really care about the homeowners being satisfied in the service and product they receive.

We enjoyed the process from start to finish.

Great home, for the value! My wife and I are happy with the home and issues that need to be fixed they come and fixed no questions asked.
