This was my first home building experience, and our sales person, Marc was very enthusiastic, interested in helping us get what we wanted, and even makes time to walk the neighborhood and see the new homes being built. Our contractor Garrett was amazing. Every concern we had, he addressed. Nothing was silly or ridiculous to him, he genuinely wanted to help make everything perfect. Finance side was what you'd expect, nothing extraordinary there. It's a beautiful home, we are excited to be living here and watching the subdivision grow!

Jenee was excellent during the entire process. Richard and Sal were very responsive and helpful. The design center had some hiccups with some of the things we picked but so far we have been accommodated.

Our experience from sales to closing was great!

Unfortunately, this house is just not what we expected. To name a few problems, there are cracks, leaks, patches of different colored paint, missing grout between floorboards and tiles and wonky tiles throughout the house. It is just over all poor quality. We asked for these things to be fixed before moving in, but they weren't. After many arguments and debates with multiple people, we eventually just had to move in without fixes.

We were very pleased with KB Homes from the sales, service, construction and communication. Would recommend KB to anyone looking to buy a new home from an honest and trustworthy company.

Overall experience was great. No builder is perfect, but it’s how they respond and present themselves. Pricing was better than the others and our ability to customize our home set them apart from the rest.

We purchased our first house from KB home. The sales person and all other KB staff were really helpful and responsive. During the process when we have questions or need documents, KB staff got back to us very quickly, provided all the information we need promptly. Quality assurance staff went over details of all the features, and helped fixing issues after closing. I recommend buying home from KB.

KB Homes made my experience of buying a home painless as can be! All the team members from the sales office to the loan officer to the superintendent were all very helpful. They were always there for me during the process and willing to answer any questions I may of had.

Wonderful experience buying our first home. We absolutely love this community.

The entire process from start to finish took about 11 months from start to finish. At first it was very exciting chosing our lot and visiting the design center. But because of covid it turned into a horrible wait. We had multiple delays because of covid 19 and it made for a bad experience. I feel like the initial value that was proposed and what I actually got was kind of a bait and switch. A lot of the things that I was told were standard were not and I ended up having to pay a lot of money out of pocket to get things I thought I was already getting. Like lighting in every room and walls in specific places. The quality of the build is so so. I'm still having a lot of warranty issues where things were broken when I moved in and I have been in the house for 2 months and they still have not been fixed. The build team was excellent to work with and they have been trying their best to help me fix some of the reoccurring problems but you can tell they have better things to worry about and are very busy. If I had to pick one thing that I would like people to know it would be to be careful. The model has optional upgrades that aren't listed and aren't standard. They won't tell you about them till it's to late and you are already in the design center and your only choice is to pay for them or miss out on things that are kind of important. ... More

Overall a good experience with KB Homes

Some people keep their word others not so much.

Everything was great until I found a crack down the middle of my front por ch. I was concerned about the comet made after that that I should just wait cuz I'll get cracks all over the place as the house settles. Before that everything have been wonderful. now I'm concerned about the cracks in the drywall and everything else that's going to happen.

The home is super energy efficient and very well built. I know because I sold lumber and building materials for over 40 years. I also built several homes in Pennsylvania and know that KB homes are built with extra care and quality.
