The sales office and the studio office were great but the process after that not good at ALL, we still have lots of issues with the construction and materials. The finishing touches are still not good lots of mistakes not to count how many still not fix very disappointing this second time

New home buying experience was not bad, kept us pretty up to date. Minor issues after move in that are still being addressed. Getting those issues fixed is taking awhile. Home is nice but can tell some stuff was built in a rush

my overall experience was good. the team from sales to the the building team always very responsive. The time fame for the entire build was delayed and closing and completion was delayed. Any problems were addressed by Sara and Robert quickly. I surmise some delays were due to Covid. The quality of the building material was builder grade and all upgrades are out of pocket. Kitchen design and panty layout can be improved. Wall installation does not provide noise reduction throughout the home, Lot sizes and spaces of the homes are great. I must say that it was a thrill to have a home that I would be the first to live in it. The feeling to see it from a open field to a house was exciting. There are some things that certainly could have been better, from the communication of work stoppage to delays of supplies. Even though some materials wasn't the greatest but the applications could have made up for it. Quality of workmanship certainly brought up questions of integrity

I was so disappointed. I closed on March 25, 2022. No screen windows, no screen door, no hardware in the kitchen and bathrooms. No Aircondition. I set up the ecobee but it doesn’t connect to the A/C. There s no update when they will get the screens and the hardwares or kitchen pulls It is now May 17. And it is so hot.

The superintendent talked a great game but has fallen short in completing his job! The people who installed the grass did a very poor job grading and installation. There are low places and high places which was filled in with pit soil and still has not solved the problem. The job is unacceptable and needs to be done correctly which calls for removal of existing grass regrading placement of soil and reinstalling new grass. This has been brought to the attention of your company!

The communication needs to be better. There will be contractors knocking at your door, they'll be scheduled with the builder, but not the homeowner. Things were forgotten on the build, the manpower and materials aren't there to accommodate issues that pop up.

They never promised me a closing date and suddenly wanted to close when I wasn't ready and were going to charge me a fee of $100 per day. that got waived because of my complaint and the construction manager couldn't get it ready.

Because of labor and material shortages, the build deadline was extended; however, once the labor/materials were available there seemed to be a hastiness in getting the home built within KB's timeframe. After the move-in date, several issues were found within the home that had to be addressed. This created inconveniences for the homeowner (me). Tyler from the design studio was amazing! There were a few major things that really affected my rating. The first is when we toured the models with the sales rep we were lied to about included features. The second was they installed the wrong cabinets initially. We had to bring it to their attention because no one realized the mistake. The final thing was after doing the final walk through and marking the items that needed to be fixed we were promised they would be fixed by closing. Only half the items were corrected.
