I and my wife made a tour around shopping for the best builder in the city for about 3 months. KB homes was outstanding. We were just lucky to get what we wanted for our dream home. We starting building our home from scratch and had the opportunity to visit KB home studio where we choose all the materials we wanted from our home. I am thankful to Deb the sales agent who loaded us with every information we needed to start and gave us the best of advise. Giving us updates regularly till the end of the building process. Thankful to for Michelle the loan office for her guidance in the very successful loan process. Answering all our questions satisfactorily and giving us updates, making sure we knew what to expect and helping us stay on track. We were amazed how her hard work brought us broad smiles during closing. Thankful to Bricio the energetic formidable building superintendent for transforming our little rough idea into a magnificent life dream home. He was the brain, eyes and ears of our home as it was being built and did our first and final walk through with us during the finishing and when everything was complete. He was pointing out things that we probably would not have noticed had he not been on top of it. We thank him for our beautiful home. Great building experience with KB. Meet all of the timelines, and the team kept us updated with photos and progress reports on a weekly basis.

Once you sign the purchase agreement get ready for delays, broken promises and costly mistakes that will most likely delay your closing. We have been in our home a month and a half, had to leave for 5 days for them to do the repair work to the house at the end of October and still have not received reimbursement as promised. Their vendors do NOT wear masks so beware of that if you are at high risk for COVID. Our solar is still not set up and the HOA rep does not respond for weeks at a time.

There was never a time we could not communicate or hear what we had to say. Uncontrollable issues were updated continuously. Options were on the table as necessary to keep us updated.

They are very professional, keeping you updated with any new development.Keep up the good work.

This builder will try to make you happy!

We love our new home. however there's been some issues and trying to get the builder to take care of it in a timely manner is proving to be difficult.

All of the KB representatives were wonderful to work with in the process of buying my new home. All my questions were answered promply in a professional manner. Customer service in sales, site manager and financial advice were all amazing. I tuely felt they had my best interest in mind throughout the whole home buildlng process.

Kevin and other associates kept me updated w/ current progress as well as photos. (I was purchasing while living in another state. ) felt confident of my best interest.

lacking quality of build. no interior insulation - you hear everything from the next rooms , especially from the bathrooms and kitchen. Very sloppy!! You get what you pay for.

We had a great experience with Justin as far as building was concerned. He was quick to answer any questions and address any issues. I would recommend him to anyone looking to build a home!

Awesome staff everyone always put costumer first helped with everything needed stayed over the hours to help us look at the house at times.

Very happy with the whole experience.

The design of the home impressed me so much that I went from viewing the model to going on contract in 5 days. Diane was very helpful in guiding me through the process, as was David with the financial part. Everything went so smooth.

Matt, the construction supervisor was fantastic, He made sure the process was smooth. Addressed any issues immediately

Overall the experience was great! I give them 5 stars on everything. Only thing I put low was the quality of workmanship. I had to be very hands on with the home since day one (frame placed 1" to the right on foundation, house color painted in correctly, additional minor damages happening after each team visited (I.e. carpet team broke baseboards, painting team broke garage drywall, landscaping damaged garage floor.. list goes on). After closing, I also noticed some things that were not done right (unnailed backyard fences & loose door knobs, unpainted areas showing drywall color especially in bathrooms, loose towel racks)..
