Ask questions. There will be things that you overlooked that you will be kicking yourself later on

I bought my property already finished and it was move in ready at closing. Smooth process.

The quality for value is outstanding but the customer service, communication and follow up throughout the whole process was beyond excellent! We love our new home and all those at KB who helped to make it a reality!!!

We where always kept in the loop of what was happening.

I would HIGHLY recommend using your own lender along and make sure you are on top of them because they dropped the ball A ALOT.

Overall process was long and frustrating not KB’s fault but our Bank loan process. Overall experience with builder was great. House was ready to move in. There a few things that need to be fixed after move in that we haven’t received any response or done yet.

As homeowners in a new city and state, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our new home. But what surprised us even more was the people. Everyone, from the sales persons to the carpenter that had to fix our door, were will to go above and beyond what was expected. What made this buying experience exceptional was the people.

We were given updates and progress report every week during the process, KBH staff were very professional and knowledgeable.

Had to do 3 walk throughs. When something needed to be fixed, it created other new issues. The person doing the walk through tried to get me to just nod, say yes, and sign off on the house. He got very annoyed when I refused. When other issues arose I dealt with Mark. He was fantastic in getting my concerns taken care of in a timely manner.

I am super happy to purchase my first home from KB, I have got what I was expecting. The quality of the house as final product is super good, exactly what I was looking for. I believe I will do another one in the future.

Excellent work! Our home came out beautiful!

Love the style of how the home was designed. Only thumbs down is that I noticed the baseboards, cabinets and doors are not as sturdy as I thought they were. Also whoever painted this house we are in didn’t do a great job. I see Areas that are not fully painted and some drips on the wall. They did leave us paint to use so I will be touching up a few spots.

Very positive buying experience from start to finish.

Still do not have mail box key after over 2 months living in the house. Late for closing day after paying for weeks All mails including bills kept at U S P O all this time, had to pay late fees Flooring upstairs and down stair were not installed properly had to strip out and reinstall after almost a month moving in, toilet clogged when first move in. Ants were all over the house. However, Robert who is KB customer care representative helped solved most problems after closing

Great experience. They are very responsive to any needs and questions you may have. Their Super intendant Matt was awesome and made sure we were happy with everything from start to finish.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service from all the KB Staff that has worked with us. Mark from the sales office was extremely kind and helpful throughout the home buying process. He was always available to help answer any of our questions. Once we moved in there were a few items which needed to be addressed, but Handel from KB Customer Service was awesome and made sure all our service request were taken care of in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service from KB Northpark in Ontario and we are very happy with our new home!

There were a number of things wrong with the house after we moved in but the construction manager and his staff were very responsive and quick to fix them.
