Great experience buying first home

My wife and I have been searching for a used home for over 2 years. We couldn't find one we loved that was going to put us in debt for the rest of our lives. Fast forward to today and we are in our custom BRAND NEW KB Home designed just the way we like it. Our 1st son has his own room, grandpa does too and there is still room to spare. The community is amazing and everyone is so friendly. It was an amazing process from start to finish with everyone involved being beyond helpful, and not that fake helpful, but genuinely wanting to help. I cannot say enough good things about KB Home.

We've been enjoying our stay so far! The KB home management is over the top. Had a problem and issue and their customer service representative response is lightning fast and their work is professionally exceptional. Thanks to Rob R. (customer rep) for being so nice and considerate in resolving our issues.

KB Homes facilitated my first home buying experience with ease and reassurance.

The entire homebuying process from start to finish was a breeze with KB Home. Every question was answered in a timely manner, and the staff could not have been more helpful. The new home orientation was expertly handled. The home is well-built and everything is working fine. I would recommend a KB Home to anyone!

Great home and experience

Fantastic experience all around

While some items weren't immediately noticeable, we have quite a few issues with floor levels, improper installation of fixtures, chunks missing from door frames, loud air conditioner that vibrates bedroom wall despite adding additional insulation, landscape died before move-in, etc. We were supposed to be contacted for a 10 day and 30 day after inspection and never were. We had issues that were basically going to be ignored if we didn't push and are still awaiting fixes.

Tyler and Alan were extremely helpful on helping us with decisions and addressing any of our concerns or issues. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions some Correspondence took longer in part as some employees were working from home and some delays with construction. We are happy with our decision to purchase a KB Home.

Great experience seeing our home being built. Everyone took care off, no complaints just gratitude .

Staff was very helpful and on point

KB has been so easy to work with. Any issues are resolved quickly and with compassion. We did several upgrades and it was def worth it! It saved time and money in the long run. I would recommend them to any future buyer.
