Great experience with the Staff at the Sales Center. our home was delivered with some incomplete issues. the response was quick in addressing the issue but action to correct the issue was unsatisfactory. to date we still have issues that are not completed not sure when this will be addressed.

Ensure all corrections are done prior to closing.

Yes for the value today I think they could put a little more into the building process of the upgrades probably could have offered more and with this only being too much into the moving process it really takes the first year to see how the house holds up so what I would like to see is this survey to come back after a year and then I could really give it a good evaluation

Sales Process was amazing! Kimberly was so helpful and was always around for each step of our hole being built. The builders side of the experience was not the best. After we moved in we started to notice paint chipping outside of the home. The base boards aren’t straight. We felt a little rushed on our final walk, where it felt like we didn’t get to look closely at our home before closing and the builders would mention they would be around to assist if needed. What an adventure getting into our new home. There were a few bumps but we manage to get through it. Just wish we could of locked in our interest rate sooner. Sebrina and Nora were great to work with. Sebrina sent picture updates as things were getting done. Nora, resolved every lending issue and communicated with us often. Looking at our home from the outside was everything we expected. But during our walkthrough there were many flaws I noticed and some after getting settled in. With the time KB took to build our home these issues should have been seen and fixed. We've reached out to KB warranty the issues will be looked and hopefully resolve. Overall my home buying experience was pleasant. However I have closed on my home over a month ago and construction is still not completed. I am waiting on cabinets, painting and bathroom countertops to be completed. The warranty department has been very helpful l, however I should have been notified by construction not to expect my home 100% completed at closing

KB Home has a great reputation name but at the Mockingbird home the sales staff, and Office staff, we had a horrible experience. I would never buy another home from KB.

Overall my experience with sales and finance were great. However the workmanship and follow up are very poor I still have issues with my home that should have been addressed prior to closing.

Attention to Detail was not very good at all! Response time to issues that were supposed to be addressed before move in were not completed and had to constantly call and get the same run around.

Overall I cannot complain, my home is beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Pros: beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood, nice price and great location Cons: During the process was promised weekly updates from Frank in the beginning. Communication with him was very difficult and far from weekly. After the build there has been several issues that need to be fixed my weeks have been filled with appointments and people come to do the same thing or put a bandaid on an issue. Example, all doors in my home need to be replaced and someone has come to take pictures 3 times and doesn’t seem to have communication of what the next step is. The workers are excellent in customer service but I’m frustrated I can’t fully move in because they haven’t fixed what should have never been broken. The warranty person is nice and responsive for the most part but I feel like slightly aggressive if I can’t answer a call right away. I work night shift so it’s difficult. Customer service was nice and friendly. We weren’t given the options to upgrade anything. We were given a 30 minute notice to close on the house. There are things that are still broken that were brought up in the walk through. Trimming on the house is peeling off the walls. The back and front yards are nice and big.

Everything seems to be an upgrade. The model homes are somewhat misleading but the prices of the upgrades are not bad. Overall pricing is alright but the timeline and follow up is not always the best. I have been living in our home for 3 months so far so good just some minor things need to followed up by w/ warranty.

Great value for a start home under current market. Need more consideration for normal design to fit for smaller house these days such as avoid door overlap when both open, two big oak trees in a very small from lawn that too close to drive way...

Some of the materials that they used are too cheap.

And now today only two people came. We still have a small hole in our calk above the shower. This is unacceptable and they need to fix it ASAP. Unfortunately that does t seem to be a priority and no one has come to fix that. We already used the shower so we are afraid if there is further damage. Get on the ball and fix this ASAP. Touch ups still have not been done as well :(

Just glad to be done with it. Hopefully my home doesn't fall apart and I can improve it from the initial build.

SALE AGENT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER GAVE AN EXCELLENT SERVICE JUST THE CONCRETE CONTRACTOR DID A TERRIBLE JOB. TWO ISSUES: GARAGE FLOOR WITH HOLDS AND STEPS STOOP IN THE BACKYARD

Any follow up work that has been needed has yet to be followed up on and I’m well past my 30 days.

Couldve done better in building most especially being a big company.

At first any issues were fixed quickly but now it’s taking a long time to get things fixed. Our back patio cracked after living here about 1-2 weeks and no one has come out to fix that yet, as well as our front walkway crumbling at the corners. Then we discovered a leak in our kitchen window about 3 weeks ago and still waiting on someone to fix. About a week after closing we submitted a request due to the kitchen cabinets having numerous scratches, dents, and black markings on them. I did pay for the most expensive cabinet upgrade and am very disappointed with the quality of them. We also upgraded to vinyl plank flooring which was supposed to be durable, but we have already made multiple deep scratches from minimal use and no kids or pets. Price was very expensive and the quality isn’t there. Our bathtubs have red markings on them that I can not seem to remove no matter what I try, backsplash is cut uneven in some places and grout is sloppy. Caulking was done but sloppy. Trim work is pretty bad, almost every corner is cut wrong, and there are some areas with deep scratches on it that we’re never fixed. Also upon moving in they got hundreds (not even exaggerating) paint drips all over my floors that we had to crawl around and try to scrape up, and even 2 months later we still have paint drips on the floor. I’m growing frustrated now that things are taking a long time to get fixed, and the longer we live here the more little imperfections I find and grow annoyed with. ... More

I bought an inventory house so many things I can not say anything even very weird design and people sale people just answer me 《 someone ordered this house that way 》 but very weird issue for example Outlet power did not work any button on the walls when I installed fans I can use only remote control but they told me someone ordered to build this way so why we stupid to pay and build all button off and on the lights and fans on the walls?? Why? Or another sample outside under the roof we got 3 corners got outlet power for camera system and they missed one corner front right side I showed them and asked for help they also defensed people designed this way so we can not do the 4th one for you Cable outlet for TV only master room and living room got outlet. 3 others room did not have outlet! 3 others builders around showed me it was standardized nowadays Well I paid 20 000 usd to get kb house more than other 3 builders around same zone same square feet 1700 but quality was worse and old design more than them if I paid 233000 to buy a house at Ryan builder I got full upgraded back Patio tiles sinks fans wsher dryer all set Well I learned a big lesson to buy first house then Too late to say anywords ...
