The entire process went very smooth everyone was transparent and support along. We never get to experienced any issues our questions and concerns were addressed to our satisfaction.

We bought a new home with KB in April 2025. Our sales agents were helpful, we enjoyed the design process, and overall, the home has absolutely met our standards - we love living here, both in this community and this home. However - due to a truncated closing process and some misrepresentations during the process, we were not ultimately able to use our full incentive (despite this being a huge factor in deciding to purchase the home). While it is not singularly KB's fault, we did not feel they were responsive or fair in the handling of the issue (as the loan had already closed and the home was sold), and it resulted in us losing $800 (that ended up back with KB). This soured our experience, and is something I would have liked to hear about prior to our purchase. That is the only reason for the lower marks - the home itself, and the people we worked with throughout the process, were top tier, and we're excited to live here for a long time. ... More

The entire homebuying experience was excellent - and continues to be. The mortgage team was outstanding. They went our of their way to show us the options and to keep us fully informed along the way. After the sale, the normal (and expected) home warranty issues were handled exactly as promised. I would recommend KB Home to anyone considering a new home purchase.

Kb homes are the best value for the money

I love my new KB Home. From the sales team to the construction superintendent, everyone was a pleasure to work with. I really liked being able to choose all of my options such as paint color, flooring selections, cabinet colors, extended patio, bathroom customizations and more in their Design Center before construction even began. It was nice being able to design my home the way I wanted before moving in instead of buying a cookie cutter home other home builders offer and making changes and upgrades after moving in. I also love that the sales team and construction superintendent keep you updated on a weekly basis with the progress of construction along the way. They were very quick in response to any questions or concerns I had during the build process. KB Home had my house completed on time as scheduled and I couldn't have been more happy during my final walk-through inspection before closing. I submitted to HOA for approval of fencing the first week of May. It is the first week of July and I’m told it will be up to another 45 days for a decision. This is unacceptably. It appears the HOA management company, AAM is not here to help And support the buyer but is here to “CONTROL” the buyer. It spoils an otherwise beautiful experience

The house has a defect that we reported several times and nobody from kb seems to care and doesnt wanted to come fix it.

Sales team was misleading and work needed after move-in was a nightmare.

Everyone who I worked with along the way was very helpful and my home impresses me more each day. The home is very well thought out, well laid out, and well built. I even notice little things like how sturdy the closet rods are mounted! Very well thought out and well built.

Our homebuying experience with KB Homes was great! After my wife and I (with the help of our realtor) found Mustang Ridge in Magnolia, TX, the sales agent (Don) helped us select the perfect house and the best lot location for it. After providing earnest money, the KB Home construction team (managed first by Michael, then John) began immediately to build the home of our dreams. They kept us regularly updated and fully informed on the steady progress of the construction process. They answered every question and addressed every concern as things developed. At several times during construction, there was uncertainty about having available utilities when they would be needed. This was quite out of the control of KB Homes, but their perseverance with the utility companies, as well as a strong dedication by the construction manager to meeting KB's deadlines, actually resulted in better performance by the utilitity companies and improved service for the whole subdivision. Despite some unavoidable delays (bad weather, supply-chain issues, permit approvals, etc.), the construction was completed within a week of the original estimate. After construction was completed, John acted without delay to correct all concerns that were identified. By the time we closed on the new home, everything had been finished to our satisfaction. My wife and I are extremely delighted with our KB Home. We smile with delight everyday as we enjoy our lives in our new home! ... More

Our experience was excellent since day one, the whole KB Home team was always on top of things making sure to keep us informed of any progress as our home was being built and our loan officer made sure we would turn in any information/forms needed to make sure we could close on time. We’re very grateful and happy with our new home and I have made sure to tell my fiends and family how KB home goes the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service and quality.

As a KB Home owner, the experience in having a new home built is a great experience, the builder notifies you whenever the important items are going to be installed and have an onsite meeting to discuss what is being installed and how it works. Then continues to the next step of construction. All went great and smooth transition with the construction and paperwork. Highly recommend friends and family members the experience and the craftsmanship of the work, thanks to all the trades that put the dedication and work into it including the project manager(s) for looking out the quality of work. Buying a new build home with KB has been nothing short of amazing. Starting from the beginning with Gabby all the way to the end with Ash. My husband and I could not be happier with this purchase and we both feel that our future is set. Thank you!

KB allowed a convicted felon (many charges and jail time) to be in a supervisory position in the neighborhood, access to all the homes to be the one doing walk-thrus. He lies, represents himself as being able to do additional things for you (fencing, flooring, etc), takes your money and does not do the work. Dangerous
