Everyone was a great help

Excellent

This is my second KB home purchase. Their sales and construction staff make the difference. Their home quality, layouts, options improve with each generation.

Out of all the well known home builders out there, KB Homes offers extensive options for customization and upgrades for your home which means no two homes are truly the same. Great build plans as well. My only negative with workmanship and materials were primarily with the cabinet quality and installation and the work done to fix a patch after an HVAC installation that went very wrong. They were quick to remedy it but it's still not 100% and most likely will never be but it's pretty minor cosmetic wise at this point.

From the sales staff to the design studio, even to the workers on site, everyone has been very attentive on providing the best home for us. If we had any issue arise, it was taken care of promptly. I cannot recommend the KB team highly enough.

I have had a wonderful experience from everyone at KB Homes. From the sales staff, loan department, and contractors, I have had a great experience across the board. The staff has been very proactive in contacting me, and any issues have been resolved quickly.

From Sales to Design to Construction and Customer Care, we feel like KB Home cares about us!

They did a solid job on my house and have been very helpful when I had issues with my water heater

The overall expierene was excellent. Responses to my inquiries were quick. I truly do not have any complaints. Keep it it up just how you are doing it. Only recomendation would be to add some sort of watering system to the garden as we had to acquire it separately.

After choosing to go with KB Home to build my very first home, I must say that this experience could have been better. The property looked good until my family and I moved in. There were a few inconveniences inside the home that had to be fixed. Plus all the midges or blind mosquitoes that were inhabiting the house when we moved in. And don’t get me started on the untreated pond behind the house. I believe that a little more due diligence could have been placed into the workmanship of the house and the area around it specifically that pond. Overall the experience was “ok,” definitely not great. This experience actually made me rethink ever building a house. KB made my looking, buying, financing and insuring experience beyond compare. Easy and pleasant the whole way through. Quick response to any and all questions. Very professional team and great service!

It’s been a month since we moved into our home. We have been very pleased overall with the workmanship of this product. It is indeed a very good investment. We are very happy so far!

KB makes the home-buying process easy. Everything was explained clearly and we were taken through the process with a expert all of the way.

We love the house. I know with covin19 things took a little longer to get fixed than probably would have under normal circumstances.

The house was absolutely beautiful. The only issue was the front landscaping they kept replacing dead plants with 1/2 dead plants that died a few days later. Also why would the final customer service rep close a work order for plants that i refused to sign because the job was not done to my satisfaction. Also workers and supers and even the customer service rep coming to house without masks during a pandemic.

KB home's slogan, "Built on Relationships" is more than just an advertising gimmick. I can be a real pain when it conmes to details. Because of the relationship built by the on-site sales agent and the site construction foreman, any issues were addressed. Even the issues ten and 30 days later. I went by on a weekly basis and checked the progress and had a laundry list that were all addressed. They do want to make sure you are satisfied.

My home was move in ready but even so every KB contact were helpful and courteous at all times and they still are.

We cannot be happier with the home we purchased. There have been a few glitches, but they were quickly resolved and the contractors are consistently staying in touch with us to ensure that everything within our home is working correctly. The staff here in Fontana could not have been nicer or more attentive than they have been. There was only problems with the finance department, but everybody else was amazing to work with.

Everyone from the Sales Agent at the time we came here to look, to signing the contract, to the experience at the design center, to the actual building and delivery of our home has been wonderful. We love love love our home, and KB has been very responsive to the few issues we had upon moving in. Small items like an outside light not working and a scratch on a window, BOTH taken care of quickly and perfectly!

Quality of workmanship needs improvement. Sales office misrepresented details.

Very fast and easy process. Within a few weeks of putting down earnest money, we had our design appointment done and they had begun the building process. Within 8 months we were in our home. We have been here about 7 weeks now and we love it. Ken and Tricia are the absolute best and we are grateful for their help, constant picture updates, and more. Have already recommended KB Home to other friends in Las Vegas and Washington State. Thank you KB Home for making our first-time homebuying processing seamless, easy and exciting!!

Excellent service and quality service

Friendly, professional and responsive staff; especially Alma and Bobby amazing experience with both. On the lending side not so much with our loan officer there were times we had to leave multiple messages and it took days for us to hear from him, maybe he is overworked and needs an assistant or perhaps they need more loan officers to handle all of us home buyers in a more efficient and timely manner.
