Choose wisely for any upgrade you want for your house because it makes a huge difference and money worth.

At first it was not a good experience with the home not being ready when originally advised, however once we moved it and we found we have issues/small imperfections in the home, the Superintended Brian was always available and came to the house to checkout what we needed. He also contacted all parties and made appointments to come fix the small issues. This made the process a bit less stressful as I have been told once you move in, the builder will Forget about you.

Love our new home. No real issues, although we do still have two outstanding items for the construction team to resolve. New cabinet doors for the master bath are on order so I'm sure that's the hold up. However, we've been waiting quite a while to have mortar scrapped from our walkway to the front door, etc. Not sure what the hold up is there but it certainly does detract from the appearance of the outside of our home.

Disappointed in the quality of the interior paint. Paint splatter is on almost all 1/4 round and floors. Painters did not caulk under any door frames.

What I like most about the team is how responsive they were to my needs and questions. I had direct numbers for each member of my team and each person regularly checked to make sure I was satisfied.

The home itself is beautiful and the contractor staff was very helpful throughout the process.

We were so happy about everything but the finance process. A delay resulted in us having to pay for mortgage insurance; due to our floors being back ordered. Also, our lot price made our closing cost of our home, higher than our home is even worth.

Everyone I’ve worked with has been incredibly nice. Unfortunately there was some sloppy work done in a few areas and I’m still waiting for an issue to be fixed almost two months after moving in.

We have had an issue with mail box. It was mislabeled and have gone back and forth between post office and sales office with blame being put on the other. The problem is still not resolved and I haven’t gotten any mail since I moved in 6 weeks ago.

At first they were very on top of issues, as more issues arise after living in the house it took longer and a littler hard to get things accomplished - especially the first time

Satisfied about most things except lawn. There are some damages of my backyard lawn next to the lot under construction.

Overall, it was a good experience. The sales team was great and kept us up to date on the progress of the house. The superintendent was also very helpful. The pricing on additions were sometimes way over priced and we opted to do it ourselves or pay someone for a fraction of the price. Some items appear to be bottom of the line and wish they were a little nicer. Overall, a decent experience but would definitely do things different.

All individuals that I dealt with during the construction of my new KB Home were very responsive and professional. At no point during the house build did I feel that I didn't know what the status was. Our forcasted move in date was met with no delays. I was able to select the fixtures for my house from the design studio, but was disappointed in the selections available, I would have preferred some higher end fixtures. I ended up having to replace lights, shelving, etc immediately after moving in since I wanted higher quality fixtures. The workmanship and quality of the painting was sub-par with paint splattered on many places on the windows, floor and carpeting. The paint issues were caused by a lack of attention to detail and not using masking tape/drop cloths etc. All in all, I got a bit more than I expected from my KB home and am quite satisfied with the outcome. ... The process was easygoing

Sales department needs more training. We were told a lot of incorrect information. And they never followed up with concerns or communicate with the rest of the team in order to address those concerns properly. Sloppy worksmanship(mainly with paint job of exterior and interior) although our superintend was very nice. Several issues already only two months after closing. We were told there would be 10 day and 1 month check ins/follow up with customer service but we got neither. The only thing we are satisfied with was the design studio experience and consultant.
