Low process was a train and one and I’m going through a couple different avenues and that parts is a pain in the butt. Since then. Once she moved in, everything has been great. Couple little things. They got taken care of immediately. With a fast response time again just the way Customer Service should be.

I wouldn't dare buy a KB home again in the future. The quality of material and workmanship is poor. I had to monitor every week to see if things were done well. Even after that, I ended up buying a home with a terribly bent incoming air duct, and a lot of wood studs broken or not put right. The worst thing is that they cheated me with the lighting by installing some cheap red lights all over my home. I had to spend a lot of money replacing them.

Superintendent tony was so awesome he has everything handled.

Last Sunday for the first time we were going to use the washer and is not working. It doesn't start.

Moving in i had little stuff to be fixed here and there but still love the house,

The carpet pad was upgraded and paid for but did not meet our expectations. The garage door makes a loud sound.

The customization was great, the other buiulders were not offering that option. We got to add or subtract everything we wanted. No package upsells. The options were great, there could have been a few more, and the cost of some of the upgrades were priced a little too high for us. We did them after close for cheaper. But the attention to detail we had with our Superintendent and the Sales staff the KB realtor was one of a kind and really made this experience amazing for us. The home is beautiful we are in love with it! we kept remembering that every builder uses the same crews to build their homes, the same roofers, stucko, etc. so every house is built by the same people. Everyone was great. We were buying from out of state and Stephen and Clint made sure to send us pictures weekly showing the progress of the build. Cortney was also great in working on our loan. Clint has been more than helpful post build. His response is amazing replying and addressing any of my questions or concerns. I would highly recommend KB Homes to anyone looking to build ond/or buy.

We love our new home and thankful that it worked out. Everyone was helpful through the process and shout out to Brielle for looking out for us and being so attentive. We had a very bad experience with another builder and when we walked away from that, we were blessed to find KB Homes. The experience was totally different and very good. We are so thankful that we chose KB Homes!

Everyone that I got in contact with was polite, quick to meet my needs, and they even checked back on me

I appreciate the work that was done on my new home. What I did not like was that the builder came to the home and stated that he would have something fixed and that we would get our home cleaned for free, but later I got a email that stated that there was a claimed for fixing an item and for house cleaning, when we did not ask them to do either. The project that we asked to be fixed was not in the claim. But other than that I am happy in my new home.

I am not really pleased with the response of the warranty issues that we’ve had with the house
