We bought a 1989 model and we are really happy with the design. The whole experience has been great, from the sales person who helped us, the design studio and seeing the house being built, the superintendent always attentive to our worries and needs. The value and quality of the house is great, high-end finishes, energy-efficient appliances and a builder who is always willing to help and fix what is needed. I recommend KB home builder .

Anthony and Michael were fantastic to work with during the sales and project management process. Great communication and great follow up. I have built a custom home before and the first time going through the process with a larger production builder and I was very impressed with the process.
