very professional, on top of responses

The house looks great! Everyone with KB Homes gave great customer service. Anything we noticed throughout the building process was corrected almost immediately. The whole process was very easy and the design studio was actually fun! Only one issue since moving in and it was taken care of the next morning. Couldnt be more impressed.

Overall I’m very happy with the house and it earned a lot of praise but can use a lot of improvements. The building process is very smooth, the studio process is a bit rushed. That’s a good way to sum up the experience as a whole, rushed. I would also really watch them when they lay your grass down, probably the weakest part of the whole experience.

It has been a while since I have purchase a new home. I was first very happy of how fast the home was build. I am amaze of all the features the home has like the timed lights to conserved energy and the feature where it allows fresh air to enter in the house without opening windows. I am also very happy that the home has sprinklers in the home in case of a fire.

Thank everyone for helping me bring my dream to reality. To the nice Lady who suggested I visit Hoestead, to the two friendly sales people, to the workers, the superintendent, to the professional and knowledgeable Customer Service rep who came to make sure all was ok. To KB—-thank you!

Buying from KB Homes has been a great experience. The sales and service staff are both excellent and easy to work with. They are very responsive and quick to get any issues resolved.

-Cabinet door was broken (will be replaced). -Bathroom: washstand sink was broken but glued (if it was the worker's mistake, it should have done at that time; it was replaced after we found it after we moved in) -Paint finish - not professional (especially bottom area; not seen; but when lying on the floor, it becomes visible) -Front door finish - a big hole between door knob and door frame. -Door from garage to kitchen: loud noise (replaced) - a big hole between door knob & door frame as well -Some room doors' painting - rough -No door between master room and bathroom (it was optional but it is too late to realize that it should not be optional). We plan to install it with an additional cost. -Kitchen window is the most hard to open while all the other windows are easily opened. We use the kitchen door most often. ... More

Everything from the sales office with kurt to the house build with chris was smooth and easy.
