Pros: very good location and construction is good. Cons: after closing there should be a one connect from KB homes about next mandatory steps. At group monthly closing buyers and explain post closing activities

Overall things are great. We have ran into some issues but Mr. Paul has been there to take care of them for us right away! From the back door lock screw coming out and going missing, to the plumbing issue we had. He did not hesitate to respond to our texts and get us taken care of in our new home. Overall he has been 1000% awesome and very helpful in our crisis moments.

My home buying experience was second to none. Every step of the way everyone I worked with were professional and most important up front. KB Homes did what they said they would do and that’s all I could ask for.

Home is beautiful, process was easy and stress free . Home loan officer kept getting us a lower rate and was on top of any updates. When home was finished everything and any questions were explained. Any issues or discrepancies were taken care off . Would definitely buy another home from them.

The Kb team made the process very easy. They were always available to answer any questions.

I bought a house in Feb/March 2025 and moved in on May 1,2025. So far everything is below average Sprinkler system is out of wack, sprinkler heads broken or non functional, system missing a piece for full functionality, tree removal request fell on deaf ears, today a door knob fell apart , house was built in 2024 and was on inventory, I had bad experience with sales team who actually are more of a car dealership.Garage door is like we are opening a tunnel door beside I greased it still makes horrible sound Internet lines were messed up so Xfinity charged about $200, to put cable through for Internet, we are waiting on at least to start addressing issues Per neighbors they had to struggle 3 months to get minor things and sprinkler system fixed Let's see how long it takes for us One month is already gone. ... Other than not standing behind fixing defects, the homeowner has found one another license. Tradesman came in to perform upgrades to the home and found a defect. KB said the tradesman caused the problem. They never make mistakes

This was the best home buying experience we've ever had. KB Homes was by our side every step of the way, through construction, financing, closing, and even after closing making sure we loved the home and everything was working as it should. I can not recommend KB Homes enough, we've been very happy. Their customer service from the top down has been nothing short of exceptional!

All the people was involved during the construction was great from the seller representative to the construction superintendent I did not have any issues at all. I strongly recommend KB Home

John and Beth were great through out the purchase process. It was that helped us with the purchase of both properties at Qail Cove, John also followed up weekly with progress reports and pictures of both properties from the ground up to completion and closing of the properties. My brother and I really appreciated his help when ever we had a question.

This could not have been a better experience for me and my family. From start to finish the entire team i.e. sales, contractors, design studio, just incredible! Michelle and Mark kept us updated weekly on the progress of our home and are amazing! My finance team, Lisa and Tracy walked me through everything with patience and helped me understand everything in regard to my loan and the entire process! We are incredibly grateful we chose KB homes!

There were multiple inspections with inadequate follow-ups and delayed communication. Due to several issues, we had to initiate follow-ups each time, as there appeared to be a lack of interest and initiative from the builder’s side.

Not so good, uncomfortable experience , slow to response, I won’t buy from the builder any more

Like all homes we ran into a few issues but Eli made this experience really easy to understand and work through. He’s been a huge asset and I would buy again

Diane, KB Sales Rep, was 100% consistent in communication, setting expectations, follow up and overall helpfulness. Paul, our Construction Manager, the same, answering all questions and consistently updating us during the construction period. After move in, their follow ups on satisfaction has also been great!
