I’m still waiting to have my exhaust fixed. It’s more than a month. AC is not fully functioning in one of the rooms. I requested AC people to check it. Until now, KB person has not scheduled an appointment. So frustrating!

Negatives 1)Closing delayed several times required to sign agreement to sell prior home in order to purchase this one. 2)Construction disorganized no quality control measures in place excessive warranty service tickets needed. 3) Made living in active construction area very unpleasant this is my third new build and by far the worst experience so far. To make it short and sweet.... An overall lack of organization and comunication. Theres no follow through, one issue after another. Two months after move in and theres still things to be installed or repaired in the home. I was hoping for a good experience but sadly KB and its proyect managers did not meet my expectations. I wanted to be in love with my house and at the end I regretted my desition. I would not buy KB Home again.

If I had to go through this experience with KB Home again, I would quickly decline. From start to finish there was always something going wrong or some kind of delay. I would not recommend this builder. The sales team was dishonest and lacked accountability, the design studio made false promises and the builders just told me straight up lies. The only positive experience I had was the financing part that is did through KB Home.

My expectations were not satisfactory, too many construction details that I am still finding, several defects of the house have not yet been corrected, despite being reported. At the time of the closing there was too much misinformation and lack of coordination between the bank and the construction company, causing the closing date to be changed several times. I would like that they could correct all the details to obtain what I initially bought.

I suggest not to close until all issues are resolved. After you close they take for ever to resolved your problems. I closed 3 months ago and still waiting for a cabinet door.

There was a rush to get the closing done without completing all repairs found during the inspection. As a result several are still not repaired 1 month later including a non-working kitchen sink drain which was plugged with construction debris. Does not appear to be an priority placed on getting the repairs since the house has been closed on

Been in my home 6 weeks and I'm still waiting on ceiling fans, bathroom mirror, and the correct refrigerator. Ceiling fans are in. I took a day off work on the scheduled day and no one showed up. Still waiting. This part is very frustrating.

We got our house eventually for a reasonable price and many things are decent. But to be a little more critical, that's what people want, right? A lot of the processes weren't working out for them whether it's financial aspect, construction, communication (with delays regarding covid material shortage and "labor shortage"), the quality of work, etc.

As a first time homebuyer, I was looking forward to the experience but was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. For the most part, the initial process was fine, however, after deciding to utilize another lender the process seemed to deteriorate. The closing date changed a few times and seemed rushed and pressured while the house was nowhere near ready. Besides what I just indicated the construction part of the experience I would hope K B has a more hands on approach rather let things come to a stop before someone did something to fix the problems. Its called Management oversight.

As far as the sales team goes, everyone is great. However, when it comes down to the wire and we look at the quality of home you are getting, I definitely feel that I was shorted. I have had multiple issues since purchasing the home and most of them are from poor workmanship and/or carelessness of the building team. I have had some of the issues handled however, it has been about 2 months since I moved in and I am still waiting for some resolution. I am making the house into a home, but there are some things, mainly cosmetic, that should have been taken care of beforehand. The home has the potential to be great, but for right now, I can say that it is good. The sales team was amazing. The floor plan is awesome. I just feel that the "small stuff" was rushed and overlooked by whoever was to inspect it during the process.

Visit the home site on a regular bases, the builder will try to get away with the craftsmanship. At the end the cosmetics will hide major problems. Point out every single issue as you see it and take pictures. And don't sign for the house unless you are completely satisfied with everything you chose to be installed.

My house was way to rushed. My garage door doesn’t work, my porch lights don’t work, my cabinet hasn’t been fixed yet, and the painting on the house was pretty bad. Just wish my house wasn’t rushed i should have to many problems moving into a brand new house. Also no one answers the phone when i need things fixed

We’ve already had several work teams come out within just a month of closing and still need so much more. Plus when they did come out, they used the wrong color grout. Have had a replacement window for over a month and no one to replace it and our attic door doesn’t even shut. Would not buy from KB again.

The people were great, but the construction was not. I can tell their homes are quick construction builds with many mistakes throughout, and the community is not done (shutters are missing paint, dents in the gutters, paint missing on buildings, etc.). I have submitted numerous requested for repairs and haven't gotten many follow-ups.
