Very good service

Great price, value and property

We have had issues with flooring, a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom, and the exterior paint. These concerns were addressed promptly but after a month repairs have not been made.

This was the 4th home we have built and was by far the best experience and workmanship. They were on schedule and the first walk through was the best we ever had as far as the small amount of minor issues that needed to be addressed. The sales staff and construction management were fantastic to work with. We would highly recommend looking at KB Homes for a new home.

Excellent customer services over all, Especially finance and warranty department. Quick response for any questions. Good follow up even after the closing. They just need to improve the quality of the contractors and cleaners.

Mr. Ken was very helpful and professional. He was very professional in assisting us in a timely manner and had a lot of patience with us. Mr. Buck, Thomas was very helpful and nd courteous.

So I moved in I December and during that time until now 2 pipes outside have broken. Also it jacked up my hard to which I’m still waiting to get fixed. The AC is a massive issue at first it was set up incorrectly once that was fixed now it makes a super loud sound. The AC people say there I nothing wrong but the sound is differently than when I first got it and even worst I have to turn off the unit at night so I can sleep

Some upgrades shouldn't be paid for. It is s desappointment. Already having issues with the backyard, water sitting in and my ceileing lamps falling off. I like my house but you could have done better

Our Construction manage,r Correy M. is freaking great. Ever since he took over, things just got done and made our house much better. We felt at ease and less stress with continual updates and seeing the progression for ourselves. Even after closing, it was great having him still checking in on us. The post closure checkups just make things so much better for us especially with all the stress of moving, unpacking, and getting things setup in new home. I did not expect a big name like KB Home to contract workers who were very careless and sloppy with their performance. The caulking and painting job was horrible; we had several missed spots, water-based paint instead of glossy paint was used to disguise missed spots on doors and door frame. Several cracks observed inside and outside the home, and bulging lines observed on the ceiling. The side gate was missing a pole/stud, which left the side yard exposed to the outside. Also, the newly installed HVAC system was retaining condensation in the attic. Another annoying design/workmanship issue is that a smoke detector was placed directly above the oven and causes the alarm to go off every time the oven is being used. All these issues were observed within one month of moving in. On the other hand, the contact person for warranty and repair issues has been very responsive to our complaint; he has been reaching out several times to follow up with repairs. I understand there might be details that I will find throughout the months, but so far I'm happy with the handling of any issues or questions I've had.

This is the third new construction home we've built, and the second national builder with whom we've worked, and we can say without hesitation that this was the best experience we've ever had! Kudos to the whole team at KB for their professionalism, honesty and genuine support and friendship. We would gladly build with KB Homes again.

I think that I need a min-course in how to use the Smart features in my home. Also the backyard seems sloppy because there are holes in the sand and it is uneven.
