The sales representative, Trish, kicked off the process with a helpful, thorough, and professional approach with our ultimate happiness and satisfaction as her primary goals. Andre, the building superintendent, made certain that each step in the building process was completed to our satisfaction. The KB Home vendor partners were obviously vetted to ensure that they met the high standards of KB Home. Post move-in, Trish has checked in on a regular basis. Good model plans but quality of materials is average

I’ve passed by Cobblestone community many times before I decided to buy the house. I had thought the price would be crazy because of the location and the quality of the house. However, we came into a surprise when we finally checked out the house. Price is reasonable with good quality and nice looking house. Definitely recommend KB Homes to others!

Beyond expectations

We love our new KB Home! Don't let the 4 star quality bother you. Everything we needed fixed has been addressed or is being addressed quickly. We enjoyed the process of building.

We have great experiences buying this home. The people we talk about our concerns are reliable and have taken their actions fast. The only thing we are wondering is why does our account is being transferred every month to different lending companies . We foound it hard to set up a permanent account to pay our monthly mortgage

Great builder

They never seem to get the time frame right and each dept did not seem to speak to the other (eg sales, construction, financial). So be flexible because we waited 3 additional months from the original quoted completion date, but it’s what you get to design. So the process sucks but the final product we love.

Overall since this is my second kb that I have gotten built I think it was an great experience.

Some slight issues here and there after moving in but KB has been extremely responsive. Thanks to Thom, Dave, Jesus, and all the people at KB for a wonderful home.
