The owner has been informed weekly about the new house building period with pictures. The house was builded well and under 6 months.

The KB homes had a wonderful helpful team. Our sales rep, Cash was friendly and helpful. Nora, our loan officer, was good at answering questions, Dave, the builder, went above and beyond to answer questions and concerns. He helped us greatly. Sergio and Thor, our customer service reps, are resourceful, friendly, and amazing. We had a good experience with all KB homes reps.

Everything is great just wish we could have went over a few thing one more time but we happy thanks KB team

Some items in the home are poorly and cheaply made

My family purchased our first home through KB after looking at several other builders. They offered the best value and highest quality. First the first sit down to sign the purchase paperwork to the closing documents they kept us informed the entire way. During the build, I identified a few small issues that I brought up to the construction Superintendent and they were addressed with no questions. The best decision we made was buying a KB Home!

Overall, the staff was very helpful and did a great job specially the construction manager and his name is John. John is very responsive with our house concerns. Rita & Maricela did a great job as well. Please always thank them for being a good source of KB. Overall, It was very nice to have a good staff and ensuring that you live in a comfortable place.

They set the expectations high based on all the things they say/share and provide for documentation of the process yet it didn’t seem like they actually followed through with it. I guess it could’ve been worse but definitely not as great craftsmanship executed in the building of the home as they sale nor are they consistent. Make sure you use a realtor to keep you in the best interest and not just be another “Lot”. Overall the experience was okay but at the end of it all we had to “clean” a brand new home to move into.

House construction was delayed by 4 months, which is understandable to some extend but it wasn't easy dealing with temporary place to stay and having your mortgage rate lock expire since KB kept sending inaccurate closing dates. The home quality itself is ok. For being a new home I was expecting better quality in terms of finish. To mention a few things: nails sticking out the middle of the carpet, some gaps between floor and wall base, uneven layout of floor tiles that make a room look like its longer on one end than the other. Customer service however is very good, they are responsive even though the work and quality are not great. After speaking with some friends, it seems like they also have not had the best experience with KB when dealing with new built homes. I would not buy another new KB home, not worth the price one pays for. ... More

I had an excellent experience buying my home at KB Home; everyone from sales (Eddie), design/studio (Virginia & Shah) and construction manager/Superintendent (Robert) and his assistant (Handel) all are very friendly, professional and provided excellent services. I would highly recommend my friends and family to buy a home with KB Home.
