We're very happy with our new home and the KB team was a pleasure to deal with. We were utterly impressed with the level of service provided by the KB superintendent and one of his construction team leads (Robert and Handel). They demonstrated great knowledgeability and willingness to help, and their diligent follow-ups were absolutely reassuring. Our sincere thanks to the team.

Jeff from the sales office was very friendly and quick to respond to our needs. There were several things that had to be cleaned up after our walkthrough that seemed to be ignored but we were reassured by the superintendent that 1 year home warranty will cover it.

The quality of materials could be better. So glad that kB offers a one year warranty on the home. Great working with KB employees.

Cedric has been great and very responsive when addressing issues that have been found in the home.

The tradesmen are majority unqualified. Framers are terrible, painters lazy, masons were good, roofers try to get too much done to quickly and the shingles are loose because nails are missing to anchor them down. Siding is not smooth. The bath in the master constantly creeks and squeaks. The front door light kicks the breaker every time we turn it on which kills the light and fan in the powder room. Drywall is not level in window frames from top to bottom some also from side to side. The fence blew over in a storm. The flood light already stopped working on the back of the house. The light switches have no attempt of coordination in sequence of what light turns on in the home, you just keep flipping them on and off till you get the desired light to illuminate. ... More

Make sure all upgrades are structural because that can’t be changed later.

Be patient with closing process. It can be very frustrating.

Had a wonderful experience.

My contractor was available to speak to at all times of the day. Sell associate was outstanding.

Our home is delivered on-time as promised. Sales and on-site supervisors were very good in explaining all the details. Final walk through by support staff has explained all the details very well. They also followed up with us post moving into house to make sure everything is good and we are comfortable.

Our salesperson was GREAT! (Misty Mee), Dave the construction manager was awesome as well. Since we’ve moved in, Sergio has been a pleasure to work with... great team! THANK YOU!!
