The sales staff and mortgage team CP and Cindy were awesome! Johnathan the construction super was very attentive and fast in responding. I have no issues with the Magnolia Grove jax KB team. I would say my issue is with the quality of the sheet rock and flooring construction sub contractors . They did not pay attention to details. Be sure to watch their work. Be sure that floors, walls, and windows are level and square- as ours was not. We have crooked and uneven walls windows floors and ceiling. Apart from the cosmetics, the house seems to be sturdy. The exterior looks perfect. I cannot complain about the design or construction of the outside. The only reason I gave 4 stars to responsiveness is because I used the KB 800 number to resolve warranty issues. They are pretty much useless. The KB construction super (Johnathan) deserves 10 stars for his fast response being to sole person responsible for rectifying our issues. The KB team we worked with were and are 100% trust worthy. Quality of work is very poor.

This has been a wonderful home buying experience ever. Michelle and Sebastian are very professional and helpful. We are very pleased with their service and overall 100 % satisfied with their responsiveness and regular follow ups. Glad that we choose KB Home as our first dream home.

Had a great experience buying and building our home with kb at logan pointe in jacksonville

Actually I was not such a good experience because the seller did not place what I had asked for and never put it on. At no time did he contact me, for which I do not recommend it, as for the staff my house was not ready until the same day of closing, due to lack of communication

This was my first home building and buying experience and I am slightly disappointed. I chose to go with KB home because they promised and strive for "great customer satisfaction" and portrayed their company as being highly attentive to their home owners. We love our home but there are many flaws. I would describe our home as "messy." When doing our walk throughs with the construction manager we pointed out specific things that were not right or that needed to be corrected and we were promised everything would be fixed and perfect before we moved in. Well that was not the case because there is a multitude of areas in our home that need to be fixed. Secondly, we were promised a 10 day follow up after move in and we did not receive any acknowledgement or "check in" until a month and a half after moving in. I have been living here for 2 months now and still have not had any of the problems in my home fixed or had any further follow up. The only good experience we had was in the studio. We had a great representative that walked us through each and every aspect. It is a very over whelming experience and she made it very easy. The only misleading part is picking out the exterior colors of the house. They give you a sheet with a few different swatches laid out and expect you to pick your house color from that. I would recommend having a physical picture of the house painted in each color scheme to help the buyer have a better idea of what their house will look like. Proactive problem resolutions. Chad, Steve, and others who responded to our calls for existing issue will address problems that we did not see ourselves. Like paint scraps from our move in. Without our asking, the service man will inform us there was a scrape, and offer to remedy that before he left. And quick turnaround for issue we call them in about. Chad especially immediately addressed two concerns that we had that we had not had the chance to report yet. The leaking dishwasher and the master bathroom vent. He was onsite to fix different issues, but when I told him off the dishwasher and vent, he took the issues upon himself and fixed them on that day. I need to say 100% satisfied with the service of the construction manager, New Home Sales Counselor, and Loan Department. The materials are good but could be better. The Responsiveness to issues is fast but not necessary the results are as we asked. The construction workers don't have enough attention to the details. Issues that I want to share with no resolution at our favor.: Asking for a better more capacity AC unit ( I will pay the cost difference), a lot of construction debris over already installed appliances (we asked for microwave replacement) and very bad quality grass. At the end, I'm finally happy with my house. Also, until now, the Warranty department is awesome. Let's see how is the warranty service during these next 2 years. ... More

The construction was good, the house looks great. Some very small details needed to be fixed but they are working on it... Everything good.

I have been in my home 3 months and still waiting on things to be fixed. For a how That will cost me half a million dollars once paid not worth it.

The house is built well and don't have any issues.

I hired my own final walk through inspector, My inspector told me that the house was almost perfect minus small quick easy fixes. Good job KB.

It's the little things in life that matter most and the finish carpentry was extremely poor. Walls not plumb, messy grout lines, dings & nicks everywhere (interior & exterior). I also need to mention KBH's framing means & methods. KBH doesn't cover the whole exterior shell of their homes in plywood sheathing or board of any kind because their homes have been "engineered" and the sheathing is only needed in "certain locations" to meet the shear strength requirements. So KBH uses 25 to 50% less sheathing per home, saving them a ton of money but not necessarily the consumer. From a business standpoint I get it, but from a consumers standpoint KBH just seems cheap. Another small rub I had was the 24 inch on center framing (in lieu of 16" standard) for interior walls that aren't consider load barrier. Again, this is a cost savings deal for KBH, not the consumer. ... More

I only been on the house a few weeks and so far a few minor details like scratches and paint touches that have appear but their response team have been awesome anything I'd have came across I let Devin know and he will responds and fix the issues right away.
