Beautiful location, but construction of the home is not worth the price we paid. The craftsman is of poor quality. It is has been a huge headache dealing with all the issues we found around the house. The customer service has been good to send out the different trades to get the issues addressed, but some of the issues remain. The house was built too quickly and the attention to detail was horrendous.

I would recommend KB Homes to everyone I know. The staff was awesome. Sergio went above and beyond for me during this whole process.

Our new home had some issues that needed to be fixed and still a few things we noticed after our 10 day inspection period but what we did notice during the 10 days was promply fixed. The house overall is just as beautiful as ee imagined and we are very happy with it!

It would be helpful for customer service to address issues a bit quicker.

Stay in touch with the sales rep on a weekly basis, especially at closing time. They seemed to string us along and give us dates they were unable to achieve.

Make sure you have a realtor when you buy your KB Home. They respect realtors and ignore homeowners. You'll need someone to ensure that KB does the job and someone who can get you discounts on mistakes they make. Also, spend the money on an inspector no matter what the sales people say.

Everyone at KB was very helpful. We would do it all over again with KB homes.

I had a problem during the framing stage, but KB was on it quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction. Everyone I dealt with at KB was friendly, responsive, and professional. The design center was awesome. I was impressed by the efficiency with which KB built the home. Whomever designed the 1491 floor plan really knew what he was doing.

My site manager was a pleasure to work with.

the design build concept allow you to add your style to the finished project based on your budget. The floor plan we chose was just right for my wife and me.

Our buying experience with KB was unique. Our home was a completed new build that we purchased, but that did not change the way KB took care of us I don't think. The sales rep and the builder talked to us each week, they were very responsive. All in all, we had a great experience with KB and would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

This has been one of the best experiences buying a property, I think the quality of the people is incredible, each one is dedicated to their work, from the beginning to the end each one was aware of their work, I thought it was an incredible company and I I repeat again a dream come true for me and my family thanks to you, the only thing I need and believe me that I will try is to work in this wonderful company, thanks Kb Home

The home building process was fun, timely, and professional. Any questions I had along the way were answered quickly and confidently. Any initial repairs were also handled in a timely and friendly way as well.

KB Home was wonderful to work with in all areas of the buying experience. From starting with our wonderful sales person, Lucy, to the Design Center with Kristina (so much fun picking from all of the beautiful options) to working with our fantastic Superintendent, Justin! Everyone made sure all of our expectations were met and we were completely happy with our new home!

This was my first time buying a new home and I have to say it was a great experience and a quick one too. The KB team worked very hard from day one on making sure this was a great experience. Several team members went above and beyond to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it.

KB did great job building my house. Moved in to new house and so far haven't had any issue.

This is our dream house, brand new!!!! and We are completely satisfied and happy. The team of KB home had helped a lot in making it hassle free, from the upgrade office, Phyllis is so patient. Even in my last minute change of mind she made it possible. Then come to the walk thru with Paul, amazing guy that truly understands the homeowners expectations and his commitment in achieving our satisfaction. He never fails us. One thing I do agree is when something is wrong they fix it right away. the buying experience was awesome. the sales team were amazing. The onsite contractor was good just promised to many ting he couldn't deliver. so that why I gave it three stars on trustworthiness. But I let everyone were I bought my house and who helped me from the sales team.
