Wonderful home

As a first time home buyer, I was able to get the help and understanding I needed to buy a home. They worked hard for my satisfaction.

My home is plan 3, Craftsman model. It's beautiful inside out. However, there are few things that I am not very happy with. The electric power for bedroom outlets is only 15 Amps and this electrical rating is not supporting enough for my portable electric heater. Also, there is one electric breaker is handling for 3 rooms such as bedrooms 2 & 3 and a bathroom 2. I am not very happy with this issue. When I complained, KB authorized person said it's conformed with city code. There is nothing they can help. I want to split or separate the power for those rooms into individual power or circuit breaker. Each room should have its own circuit breaker. At the beginning of this process was a wry stressful time . Being a first home buyer it is a learning experience. I had many curve balls and was able to overcome. But everything was worth it. It would of been a pleasure if I had Monica as a in home Lendor. She was so nice and was willing to go above and beyond for her client instead of being forceful and aggressive. Being forceful and aggressive drove me away of working with a in home lender . But Monica made this journey well worth it. Thank you Monica and kb family

KB has been there every step of the way. All the employees are very friendly and they build beautiful houses. If you have any questions at all there is always someone there to assist you, before and after you move in. It has been a great home building experience and when I am ready to build my next house I will be using KB homes again.

The entire team was very helpful in securing the home as well as the home loan and insurance. Sales staff was very informative, the builder answered all my questions and whenever there was anything that needed attention, it was takes care of in a timely manner.

Overall ok experience. There are a lot things I wished would have been different but the process did turn out better than expected at the end.

My hometown is in IL, where the real estate market is much more reasonable than it is in CO, so I found all builders prices outrageous! KB is the best value w/ the best customer service I've found; from the sales rep to the individuals throughout the entire process, you can't find more pleasant, helpful, patient people!
