KB Home Reviews

I had the plumbers miss the hot water pipe to my washer machine and after a week of moving in, my daughters closet flooded. I was miserable and I started hating my house so much. Everything was fixed a week and a half later. It was a very stressful experience. I’m slowly starting to love my house again since that has been repaired.

We have been searching for the perfect home to downsize, and have been looking for the right property for well over a year that had a number of amenities we wanted. View, private yard, single story, location, etc...On our way to sign a purchase agreement with another builder, we happened to take the road less travelled and saw a new development and stopped by. The first model we entered had both of us smiling. It was exactly what we had been looking for. Single story, large inviting great room, accordion door option, outdoor living option, and the perfect floor plan for us. Checking with Jeff in the sales office, there were a couple of available lots with privacy and views. Needless to say we found the ideal lot. That was just the beginning of our journey with KB Homes. While we had heard some negative things about the company a number of years ago (under different leadership), we took a chance. Needless to say we have had one of the best home buying experiences ever. Every step of the way we met with amazing representatives. From the initial sales team, the interior design team, the construction super, and the post move-in team have been nothing short of exemplary. The home was built with care and with all the tech-modern enhancements. I have even walked the entire house with a lit candle to see if any leaks/drafts around windows, doors, etc. and it's bullet proof. The monthly savings of an energy efficient home was important to us, and by our calculations we will save well over 15k a year (yes, seriously!) over our last home. Upon move-in we found a couple minor paint issues that were resolved in a few days (they gave us the can of paint if we ever need it in the future)...All in all we are completely satisfied with our decision and look forward to many years living here. ... Very happy with my new house

Our experience was priceless. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Special thanks to mike and amanda as well as kevin and iraya at the homestead villa.

Great follow up from sales person to supervisor

Very good service

Great price, value and property

We have had issues with flooring, a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom, and the exterior paint. These concerns were addressed promptly but after a month repairs have not been made.

This was the 4th home we have built and was by far the best experience and workmanship. They were on schedule and the first walk through was the best we ever had as far as the small amount of minor issues that needed to be addressed. The sales staff and construction management were fantastic to work with. We would highly recommend looking at KB Homes for a new home.

Excellent customer services over all, Especially finance and warranty department. Quick response for any questions. Good follow up even after the closing. They just need to improve the quality of the contractors and cleaners.

Mr. Ken was very helpful and professional. He was very professional in assisting us in a timely manner and had a lot of patience with us. Mr. Buck, Thomas was very helpful and nd courteous.

So I moved in I December and during that time until now 2 pipes outside have broken. Also it jacked up my hard to which I’m still waiting to get fixed. The AC is a massive issue at first it was set up incorrectly once that was fixed now it makes a super loud sound. The AC people say there I nothing wrong but the sound is differently than when I first got it and even worst I have to turn off the unit at night so I can sleep

Beautiful Home as Promised!!!

Some upgrades shouldn't be paid for. It is s desappointment. Already having issues with the backyard, water sitting in and my ceileing lamps falling off. I like my house but you could have done better

After having worked with several builders over the past 15 years, we stumbled across KB. WOW! What a difference it makes when a builder genuinely cares about you as a homeowner. The biggest compliment you can give a business is to be a repeat customer. We are now the proud owners of our 2nd KB home!

Everyone from Shaun, to Bobby has been a great experience. Bobby has been so on top of things has made this experience a complete bliss
