All work was expedited in a timely fashion, anything I needed after the sale was fixed with the Help of Will in Castine Cove.

We have had the best experience with purchasing the home for the first time. Though it took a little while getting use to being patient and letting everyone take care of us, Greg and everyone involved with the process definitely made the experience less stressful and easy.

The home buying process is nerve wrecking. I will admit I was assigned to a pretty hard working team. The home loan team of Moore and Hylton. And any discrepancies with the house Gillespie and Abdul was quick to handle them. So yes I'm happy it's over...... hopefully

1st house was an amazing experience that when we moved we decided to go with KB again. Bigger and more expensive. I wished we looked somewhere else because theres cracks everywhere. Water comes thru our door. Paint still on our carpet and floor. It has been a bad experience since day 1. From loan process to moving into home.

Need to give more options for the upgrades.

Customer Service Representative extremely helpful and very nice . Everyone that worked at KB Home was very nice to me and my family. The Whole process from sales at the model homes to the building of our house was very professional and closing of escrow. The way everything was scheduled and on time was amazing . I'm so happy I bought a KB Home. I will recommend KB Home to everybody.

This being our first time having a home build it seems to me the materials used on the inside of the home should be of better quality for the price your spending on your home.

Sales was excellent from the beginning to the close of escrow. New construction warranty crew have been excellent with follow ups.

The sales team, financing and construction supervisor were great. The paint finishing was below average for the price paid.
