We very clearly communicated prior to signing the contract major calendar conflicts that could not be moved that directly impacted our closing. Once we signed the contract there was no flexibility from KB to accomodate the clearly communicated conflicts. Thusly, this affirmed they cared only about closing the deal and not being a partner (although if you look at their marketing material they like to claim that they are) to build our house. Sales associate was less than helpful, and at times incredibly unprofessional. It's evident that as home buyers we were the impacted party between our realtor and the sales associate. However, we did have an outstanding experience with the Design team and the Superintendent. The building process was quick. The sales, loan and design departments were amazing. Great communication. While I did not expect perfection, there were definitely issues upon move in that needed to be addressed. Some I feel should have been identified prior to closing in my opinion, but are being addressed. The overall process was amazing.

Materials used seem to be very cheaply made and installed. We have found many cracks and holes on the wood materials and walls. Trash was left behind on top of cabinets.

Wonderful experience all around.

I was concerned about build quality and reliability because of the post pandemic shortages of trades folks and material supplies and all that. I was told that the foreman is the key. KB came with great value in a great neighborhood in *****. The included features were really thoughtful for living in the area. Making design center choices was a little clunky, but they should get software to fix that. The consultant was really nice and helpful. The foreman turned out to be great too. My independent inspector said the build was solid and the site lead / foreman was elite in the valley. So I had a great experience. There are KB employees in Vegas that made it that way, so like any other American company, it may not always come together. But I for one am happy with KB in Sin City! ... More

Longer i live here, the more i recognize the lack of attention to construction. KB Homes focused on building fast, so things like doors being ***** on bottom, glue left on floors, molding not flush, sod not leveled. it also takes weeks to get response to customer service issues. Design center did not warn us about light granite susceptible to staining. we would have selected different.

The sales lady Marbelia ***** to get you locked into a contract. She gave us false pricing on many upgrades and after talking to several other neighbors, they had the same issue with her. I'm not sure why KB keeps her.

From the very beginning KB and its people representing them have been amazing. Especially Mike and Rod who have went above be and beyond when we needed help and had questions. They really made it easy for us and made this experience a dream come true
