My home was ready 1 month before our original move it date. Overall, we are satisfied with the purchase and appreciate that it was completed sooner than promised.

My Wife and I were skeptical about purchasing a new home, especially with all you see on the internet, and with me being in construction I know the type of work and effort that gets put into building a new home in large communities. I've told my wife plenty horror stories about bad frame and foundation work in new homes even telling the builders but nothing gets done. So on our journey with KB Homes I follow up on every step of the way and I found nothing to complain about they're wonderful from our assistant at the design studio, Lauren was a great help, we got everything we were looking for, and we're we were unsure she suggested the perfect item that matched with the whole decor of the house and our sales representative Al who made us feel at home before we even moved into our home. I can't forget our contractor/ Builders Anthony who made sure everything we had on our home come together and even after we moved in made sure everything was working 100 percent and if it wasn't he got it fixed, and even down to our warranty manager Kerlyn who made sure if anything broke down he got it fixed without delay so I can say our experience with KB Homes is a once in a lifetime experience and when you're buying a home I would imagine that's what you want. We are very happy with our construction superintendent. He is very polite and always response our questions and resolve our issues. KB Homes has the best superintendent. Richard Fisher is an excellent customer service too. Congratulations KB Homes you have a very good superintendent.

We've had minor issues that came up with paint, door knobs, cabinets, closets, windows, cracks in stucco and outside fence. So far everyone associate with KB Homes has been great in responding and fixing the issues we've encountered. Joe, Don Carlo, Armando and the rest of the staff(sorry forgot names) have been great. They all respond right away. Thank you.

I had a very good experience

Very good experience. Overall KB Home was very responsive to our needs. Sergio, our construction manager has been very attentive to our minor issues as they arose. Ann, our sales consultant was very helpful when our mortgage company delayed our closing date one day before it was scheduled. Ann returned my call on her day off and rescheduled our closing to accommodate the unforseen delay from our mortgage company.

Excellent communication and follow up, answered questions and demonstrated genuine care that the home was satisfactory to my expectations.

When we started shopping, the community was very appealing. The homes were laid out carefully with wide interconnecting roads and beautiful landscapes. When we walked around the community, the homes had good finishes, and the interior designs were among the best we had seen compared to other builders. From the moment we signed the purchase contract to closing, the various departments were professional and on hand to answer our questions. The entire process was hassle free.

sales and design staff are accessible and knowledgeable. site construction staff attentive to your needs. KB has a program that is easy to follow and to keep you informed. Financing is offered as an extension of the home buying. Unfortunately their process is very tedious with document demands.

Overall it was a good experience

It was a great experience made easy. Dustin was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive to our requested and answered our questions in a timely manner.

This is my first time ever buying a home. And everyone on the KB Homes team kept me in the loop of every information I need to know. So I had a very great experience with them. Home loan experience through KB Homes was so much easier and smoother than the previous loan officer I had. Glad I bought a home without no trouble.

Everyone at KB homes is awesome to work with

We had a lot of adjustments being the first ones a t the sight. It made for a tough transition for us. The KB people did put in extra hours and care for us. We appreciate that Malissa, Mike, and Bob have responded to us out of hours and have gone beyond to help us.
