This is my second home with KBH and i would blindly recommend them to everyone i know. The staff throughout my entire process the 1st and 2nd time was amazing, keep me in the loop of everything made sure every single detail was perfect after every walk through and everything was no less than perfect when we closed. Thank you for the patience and professionalism.

The process with Kb Home has been interesting. On one hand, there are very nice floorplans and lots of options to semi customize your home. However, my experience was a bit challenging because no one shared details with me of the KB Home process. There were disconcerting moments with the sales department, design center, and with the loan processing department, in particular. I have had several challenges getting a response on some issues and currently even with the title company that KB Home uses.

I am now into my 1st month in Orchard Park, and I must say I am extremely impressed. The grounds are kept up on point almost every week. The neighbors are so friendly and kind I never miss a wave of a hand from anyone in Orchard Park. I can honestly say without NO Doubt I will remain here for years to come. A big thank you to Chris, and Rachel you guys are amazing.

We had an awesome experience working with KB homes team. Process of picking up the lot of my choice till the closing day was extremely smooth and pleasant. Delivery was RIGGT ON TIME. Design center had multiple elegant choices of lights, countertops, kitchen fixtures and cabinets. Upgrade prices are very reasonable. We were informed and involved at each and every step. KB home staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous and getting back with you on time if you have questions or concerns. Find the house was amazing. I love the community. I love my neighborhood, but regarding issues in the home like the tub has a hole that was mentioned since the beginning to the supervisor has never been fixed. I have three months already living here in my home. also insulation in the garage was promised to put because I have a disabled son that exercises in the garage and still not a phone call to schedule an appointment lighting on my doorbell is not working The tubs of the restroom are dirty since the beginning was mentioned to supervising said that they were gonna be repaint also is not done and more little details like invasion of privacy, taking pictures of my backyard. ... KBs team was helpful and quick to fix any issues that occurred. Helpful and great over all.

I am disappointed in the ‘’ 1770 walking closet’’. Very bad design like the Kitchen pantry. There is hardly no room in the pantry and I live by myself. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable this will be for a family to deal with. All of these minor details creates a dissatisfaction with the house that I bought. It creates unnecessary hazzle that could be avoided. Homes come without gutters. I can’t believe you want to sell a house in that range of money without something that is crucial to have in a house.

Our new home buying, building and financing experience with KB Homes was outstanding in every way from start to finish. The entire KB team was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, proactive, caring, diligent, and delivered a customer service experience of the highest standards. Some of our KB Cypress Point team members deserving of special recognition were: Malissa, Bill, Jerry, Danie’l, Alison, Maeve, Scott, Alan, and Miguel. All were terrific and all are a credit to the KB organization. We could not have asked for better support or a better outcome!

We bought a new home with KB in April 2025. Our sales agents were helpful, we enjoyed the design process, and overall, the home has absolutely met our standards - we love living here, both in this community and this home. However - due to a truncated closing process and some misrepresentations during the process, we were not ultimately able to use our full incentive (despite this being a huge factor in deciding to purchase the home). While it is not singularly KB's fault, we did not feel they were responsive or fair in the handling of the issue (as the loan had already closed and the home was sold), and it resulted in us losing $800 (that ended up back with KB). This soured our experience, and is something I would have liked to hear about prior to our purchase. That is the only reason for the lower marks - the home itself, and the people we worked with throughout the process, were top tier, and we're excited to live here for a long time. ... More

The entire homebuying experience was excellent - and continues to be. The mortgage team was outstanding. They went our of their way to show us the options and to keep us fully informed along the way. After the sale, the normal (and expected) home warranty issues were handled exactly as promised. I would recommend KB Home to anyone considering a new home purchase.

Kb homes are the best value for the money

Our experience with KBHomes was Excellent since we worked with Sabrina our Sales Counselor, she truly is the face of KBHomes. She made our transition here smooth. Love our New home and its a beautiful neighborhood!

I love my new KB Home. From the sales team to the construction superintendent, everyone was a pleasure to work with. I really liked being able to choose all of my options such as paint color, flooring selections, cabinet colors, extended patio, bathroom customizations and more in their Design Center before construction even began. It was nice being able to design my home the way I wanted before moving in instead of buying a cookie cutter home other home builders offer and making changes and upgrades after moving in. I also love that the sales team and construction superintendent keep you updated on a weekly basis with the progress of construction along the way. They were very quick in response to any questions or concerns I had during the build process. KB Home had my house completed on time as scheduled and I couldn't have been more happy during my final walk-through inspection before closing. I submitted to HOA for approval of fencing the first week of May. It is the first week of July and I’m told it will be up to another 45 days for a decision. This is unacceptably. It appears the HOA management company, AAM is not here to help And support the buyer but is here to “CONTROL” the buyer. It spoils an otherwise beautiful experience

The house has a defect that we reported several times and nobody from kb seems to care and doesnt wanted to come fix it.
