We were first time homebuyers and the process went very smooth. We love our home. The only complaint I have is the materials used are cheap.

Answer that every Monday up date call. They are very informative.

Very professionally and helpful

I like my single story home very much. I bought the 1849 model. One issue I have is that I wish the company would build single story homes near each other instead of being sandwiched in between gigantic two story homes. Also the basic home too expensive to start out with since the buyer is absolutely compelled and finds it necessary to upgrade.

We are extremely happy with our KB Home! Everyone involved from sales to the construction process was very knowledgeable, professional and they really strive for excellent customer service. Anything we needed or any questions we had they were always there to answer them for us. This entire process was seamless and they took us through the construction process all the way with weekly updates. Not happy with the home ! Moved in on Oct . 31st .. The yard was not graded correctly, the paint inside and outside the home wasn’t really painted it was dusted with color .. can’t use kitchen drawer .. electrical.. fuse blow for no reason .. the baseboards were painted while dusty.. not smooth at all .. floors have gaps ... masterbed room has a hole in the ceiling.. fire sprinkler?? Sliding door frame is scratched.. My issues are not being addressed ...

We are very disappointed with our house we are still having people fixing discrepancies that should have been done before moving in. I am starting to see that my KB home was done very poorly and it is frustrating having to pay this much money and not have this house done correctly. I feel like

KB Homes is an overall great company everyone was very responsive to our needs. I am very glad I did business with them.

Tony our main contact for construction was very helpful and friendly, from our first meeting with him and through out the entire process. When we had questions/concerns Tony was available to answer, and as first time home buyers this was very reassuring that we were making the right decision by building with KB. The home building/buying process can be very stressful but with the right person helping you it can make the experience a little less stressful and a little more fun. Overall it was a great experience working with the entire KB team. We love our new house!

Service is very good, fast and of good quality. There were several minor issues when we just moved in, such as heating and the master bedroom door. They could have been prevented.

Several minor comments; Took me making 4 trips to the sales office to get my “welcome” gift(which by the way was not worth the wait) There was a mistake on the location of extra elec outlets, but was resolved to my satisfaction. We have only a few remains fixable issues. I’m waiting to see if they abide by their “will check back with you 30 days after deal closes” One other item; the inset hot & cold water lines for the washer is problematic as the twist-on hoses from my washer it was very difficult the adequately tighten the fittings, resulting in leaks Otherwise, mostly satisfied
