This was my first time buying a new home and I have to say it was a great experience and a quick one too. The KB team worked very hard from day one on making sure this was a great experience. Several team members went above and beyond to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it.

KB did great job building my house. Moved in to new house and so far haven't had any issue.

This is our dream house, brand new!!!! and We are completely satisfied and happy. The team of KB home had helped a lot in making it hassle free, from the upgrade office, Phyllis is so patient. Even in my last minute change of mind she made it possible. Then come to the walk thru with Paul, amazing guy that truly understands the homeowners expectations and his commitment in achieving our satisfaction. He never fails us. Now with our small issues in the house, right away after contacting customer service, Robert showed up the following day and now its set up to be fix tomorrow. i never thought it would be that fast......So we are satisfied and have no regrets that we chose KB home and this community. ... One thing I do agree is when something is wrong they fix it right away. the buying experience was awesome. the sales team were amazing. The onsite contractor was good just promised to many ting he couldn't deliver. so that why I gave it three stars on trustworthiness. But I let everyone were I bought my house and who helped me from the sales team.

Response to issues by KB is good but response by the subcontractor is not very reliable.

I felt like I was lied to over and over by the district manager the regional manager sales and so on I had a horrible experience

So pleased with KB homes all together. The floor plan and the final build out, just one great result.

Cabinet are a disaster

I’m very much Pls wth the work KBHOMES put into making my dream come alive again for home ownership.

So first time home owner on my own. They delivered the home a few weeks ahead of schedule, but all fixes that needed attention took weeks to correct. I did have quite a few issues, but when I reported it, managers took care of it right away and were pleasantly attentive. Definitely a value for any one purchasing with KB. I would recommend that upgrades be done after closing . Costs are quite high for what you get with their design center. Over all, very pleased with my choice to purchase here. This review is after 2 months of occupancy. Used KB to finance and homeowners insurance.

Good value. Good floor plan. Convenient location.

From start to finish our builders did a excellent job. All involved always kept us informed and quieted our fears. Overall this was a wonderful experience, we love our house and feel the is a great investment. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Thanks KB for making our dreams come true!

Exceptional work.

Big furnitures and appliances can be difficult to set in place because of the 3 storey set up. The stack washer and dryer I bought is hefty in size and the room for it was challenging for the installation. The hookups are placed behind the stacked washer and dryer. It could have been easier if the hookups were placed on the side of the little room. If you will be doing the move yourself, have fun! It is doable of course. Other than that, my family and I love it here. It is a relaxing and comfortable place to be specially coming home from work.

Complete disregard and lack of expected quality craftsmanship for a $550K home. Lots of cutting corners to push towards a short-deadline closing. Lots of pressure put on building superintendents and managers to close the books on several homes at the same time. First night in the house the thermostat went bonkers and started the A/C when it was 19 degrees outside. Brand new whirlpool oven didn't work for nearly two weeks. Rather than bring us a new one like we had asked they deferred us to their home warranty department. Well over 20 items still awaiting fixes and or repairs after being in the home for almost two months now. We are very concerned about the long-term probability of greater unseen (aka under-the-skin/below the surface issues and concerns arising from the obvious poor craftsmanship and rush to close. Easy to put some of the blame on us the buyers for accepting after the final inspection, but not something taken lightly when you've been living in a hotel and air BnB for a month while getting promise after promise by the builder that everything's going to be taken care of to 100 percent of your satisfaction, and that your home will as good as or better build quality than their best model home. Yes, that's precisely what we were told on several occasions. Couldn't have been farther from the truth. In hindsight I never should have accepted/signed or gone to closing, but instead played hardball and insisted on them refunding me my $10K earnest money and took my business elsewhere. My only concern with this thought is that I think the lack of quality craftsmanship in the new homes being built in this area is more wide-spread than I can imagine. I wonder who's really passing the various inspections of these homes at the city level? Lastly, our poor neighbors. We consider ourselves fortunate the we are not having to deal with the plethora/myriad of issues they're having to deal with as I speak. These poor folks have been having no-kidding deplorable and unimaginable issues. To the point where they are about to go after them with a class action lawsuit demanding compensation for their time or the full refund/buy back of their homes. It's really unacceptable how KB Home has treated these retired folks who have worked hard their entire lives only to have to deal with this kind of stuff. ... More

They are cranking out these homes and they are selling faster than they can get them done! We love the layout, quality and service! Everyone was great to work with! Cannot thank you enough!

I moved in to a new town home at Metro II @ Comm Hill. The location of the community and floor plan is really unique. These factors led me to make the purchase. Overall I think it was a good decision. I was surprised however by the sub-par quality of workmanship all throughout the house. Several chips and scratches in the wood on doors, cabinets, etc. Paint drops on the floor. Misaligned doors. The list goes on and on. For the money I paid I expected much higher quality.
