I am on the field at the options and the basic price were quite high. Or Charithing but KB Home has been responsive when we have had warranty issues so far.

We have had one or two issues in the house since we moved in, which I guess is normal, the good thing though is that they were taken care of promptly, The construction staff ( Mr Eric & Randy ) have superceded our expectations in helping us and giving us useful tips since this is our first house and we were very nervous when we were moving in. I think KB is doing a very good job in After sales, they can improve in the sales department though.

I want to thank Sergio for quickly resolving any issues I had . He made this a great experience by providing exceptional customer service skills. I have to say Sergio really cared about my family being happy with our new home . He made sure are expectations were met.

This is our second KB Home. Highly recommend this builder.

KB Home has a team who is willing to help you and answer any questions you might have throughout the whole building process. Steve, the construction manager, was really helpful and friendly when we needed to address a couple of things in the house.

Was impressed with the overall buying experience, being a first time buyer. And after moving in, the sales service is quick and timely when I have any questions or concerns.

I am happy with my purchase for the location I bought my home in. Only complain is about the finishing of my home. For the price I paid, I expected better value in things like thermostats, a very cheap COR thermostat is offered, and that cannot be changed if you don't want to void the warranty. Another thing I didn't like about KB is that, lack of hook ups for ceiling fans and in built speaker wiring system. This doesn't cost a lot, but we were not given any choice to upgrade too, as we bought the home little late in the process. Building a new home could be very stressful and time consuming but KB Home staff helps you all the steps of the way making the whole process easier and less painful.

The KB team was responsive throughout the home buying process and has been very helpful in resolving any issues that have come up since moving in.

Our Super has been really good. Any concerns that I have had he has taken care of them. I lived only a mile away from our new KB home so we were there almost every night after work. I always had questions and he explained everything well. I did not like the financing experience, that was a PAIN! But, again, overall we are enjoying our home and looking forward to spending these first Holidays in it!

KB Homes made it as easy as possible for us, there time schedules were on time and we were notified every week of the progress of the home while being built.

I purchased the Redwood home model that did not meet my expectations. What I saw at KB Home model, the master bedroom had a bay window and he porch was bigger. But based on the the elevation that was selected, the bay window was eliminated and the porch was was too small. I could not even fit any furniture on the porch. My sales agent Did Not communicate this information to me. This was a major disappointment to me. After moving in I noticed lots of mistakes on the home and sloppy work which took additional time for the workers to come out to fix.
