The build is a fast process, they keep in touch with you all through the building process and after you move in to make sure there are no hidden issues lurking about.

As a first time home buyer it can be very scary, as for myself and my wife it was! but our realtor told us about these new homes they were being built and we should consider taking a look. First of all these homes are beautiful, Affordable and Energy Efficient . From the very moment we walked into the sale office and spoke to their sale manager Bryon we were greeted with a warm welcome! this place is by far a place of EXCELLENCY starting with their sale manager! he was Very Professional and at the same time very pleasant,he kept us update throughout the process for the weeks our home was being built. He made sure that we knew what we needed to do, for each step and what to expect. he would Email us pictures, telling us what to expect following week to come each week with our home, making himself available for answering our question even on his day off! he is just Amazing! great guy!...Then there's Rocky the construction manager making sure every single detail we wanted to put inside our home was to our liking! he went over the plans he,walked us through,he explained everything about our home and how it works. This guy took care of our home as if he was building this home for himself and his family! and not to mention his team they were Excellent, they worked hard in providing us everything that came to mind to be put inside our home! that's hard to do! but Rocky and his team got it done for us!... Now we are in our BEAUTIFUL dream home and could not be more happier .THIS WAS JUST AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! LOVE OUR NEW KB HOME!!!... ... More

Great house and everyone has been wonderful. I am very disappointed in the front landscape. Cheap mulch and no weed cloth makes the neighborhood look bad! I’m 70 with bad knees and asthma. I just spent two hours pulling weeds. Pinching pennies on landscaping was an idiot idea.

We are very pleases with our new home. The only reason I didn’t give a higher grade on the workmanship is that I feel whoever laid our tile eas a city cares less. There are all kinds of steaks that won’t clean properly because The grout and cement was done either too fast or carelessly. Some streaks won’t come out and I’m still finding areas that need special attention.

Overall great company to work with. They do need to work on there communication and timing . You can tell they rushed to get the job done

There was someone always there to help guide you to make it a pleasurable experience

All people involved with process are very helpful. Dave, Sergio, misty and Thor are awesome people and they will bend over backwards to help you

We have made several complaints, we were told certain things before buying and now those things are not true. We have had not one thing done with quality in the home, have had issues with door hinges coming off, windows with scratches on them, broken doors, chipped tile, broken and chipped cabinets, flaws in our counter tops, issues with plumbing, poor craftsmanship of walls, power sockets, trim, tile in bathrooms, sprinklers on wrong property, holes in our driveway, dents in cabinets and front door and roof, uneven work done, the stone on the front of house looks sloppy. And now to be having to deal with all of this and taking time off work to have contractors come back to fix things that should have been done right the first time is unacceptable. We are regretting buying this home due to its poor quality and lack of response from management. We have been in the home for 2 months and still have several issues that we are waiting to be addressed. Would never recommend anyone to buy from KB. ... More

I love my home. All of my issues and concerns were handled quickly and professionally. Just some feedback: consider using a satin finish paint where it’s flat. It’ll look better and clean easier. I appreciate the continued requests to review.

The house that we purchased has been everything we were looking for and we have had a great support from KB.

My KB Home purchase experience with my first new home was awesome! Everyone was great throughout the whole process and I couldn’t be happier!

From the time we walked into the Motels and continuing to this day, the staff was and is excellent!

I love my house. I plan to live in it some time but if I were to buy again I definitely go with a KB home.

Make sure Everything is fixed before signing your contract otherwise. They don’t care anymore. They are rude and not listening if you have a problem.

The process from start to finish and even now with warranty has been above average, my Superintenant Drake was unbelievable the quality of the workmanship was top notch and house was built on time, my sales agent Lindsay was awesome being that I was in Florida while house was under construction she would send me a updated picture every Friday without me asking which was so nice to see. Jamie In Waranty has been great to work with she has reached out to me a few times, I keep telling her that the quality was so great that there is no warranty needed. Even the other sales agent Michael in the model was awesome to talk to You so cool and very nice such a great team all of them. Also forgot to mention Jenna in design studio was super! Easy to buy

Whenever we had any issues it was addressed quickly. Due to our personal situation all of the staff were very kind and patience with alot of understanding.

Some of the finish work is a bit sloppy, nothing major put details that really should be done better. Very long response times for some warranty issues that should be very simple to resolve.

Items on my home were not fixed in a timely manner and are still open

House is Great. Some places you can tell where operations were rushed. But they do come out and correct any issues ASAP.

Overall, the home was constructed well. That said, greater focus on small details would have made it better. One example is the placement of the water pipes underneath the master bath sink. The placement takes usable space away from the interior of the cabinet. On the positive side, Rory and CJ have been great in quickly responding to issues.
