Suzanne, was so kind and helpful. This is why I made the decision to purchase this home. This was my fourth brand new home. The few people I met while building this house were also very helpful like Scott and Mike but anyone in higher offices were very rude and not helpful I would not recommend Kb Homes to anyone, very cheaply, built so disappointed.

The sales man was horrible, the title company and closing was horrible. The window washers came and told me they didn't finish and said they'd be back, they haven't come back. I've requested about 3 times now when they're coming back, still not back. After 3 week review I was told the painters would be back, they're still not back also.

Frustrated , Confused And Disappointed With My first home

It has been 4+ months since I have been moved to my new home. The house construction was delayed and I got penalized for the loan rate, for renting home. KB promised me to hand over the house within 12-14 months but it took more than that and they never let me know the closing date or time. They just let me know one week before the closing. At closing, they showed me the Oven+microwave combo was not there and they give me a loaner oven. They told me they back ordered my original oven but it never showed up. Now they are telling me they can not give me the original oven+microwave combo and ...

From start to finish I was very disappointed in the process. The sales person didn’t make an effort in anyway to guide me or give me any information on options. The entire plan was to get me to close ASAP and I had to put a lot of effort to get them to finish my house as promised. I had closed and two months later received my keys because the NEW HOUSE needed to have some items repaired. I still didn’t get my garage door opener at that time. I felt like I was dealing with used car sales staff! Use caution when buying a NEW HOME from this builder.

Every corner you can possibly think of was cut, KB homes is one of the poorest quality homes I have seen. I'm missing full cabinets in the bathroom, fixtures are the cheapest ones from home depot, my shower curtain rod doesn't even have complete hardware. The door going from the garage into the laundry room., when it shuts, the entire wall flexes. That wall is also shared by the master bathroom and even the bathroom door twists. I have video of it doing it as well. We have also had 3 led puck lights go out since we moved in. We have also had a main condesate drain line leak all over a wall ...

Really Had a bad experience with the KB home builder. There was an issue in my AC unit and drywall cracked in the living area. While on final day closing we collected keys directly from Austin Tile and we didn’t set the temperature to 69 inside the house. In return the builder is blaming us you are responsible to your house. After closing I never been at the house, then how can I responsible. It’s their responsibility to set every thing properly and currently when submitting keys to Owner. This whole home buying process through kb homes was ridiculous! This was by far the WORST homebuying experience ever! I have had 3 homes built, and we'll just say this pales by comparison!

Absolutely the worst home building experience I have ever had. Overpromised and underdelivered, untrustworthy and unresponsive staff, poor workmanship. I closed in May and still haven’t gotten to finished product.

Biggest regret and a complete nightmare with KB

I am an Army Veteran and have been saving up for years to make a down payment on this house so I could move back to my hometown. Me and my girlfriend were very excited for our first home together. It didn’t take long for our excitement to turn into disgust. On the day of closing, many things throughout the house were unfinished or VERY poorly put together. Save yourself the heartache and look elsewhere. Workmanship is poor and sloppy. Never knew we would have so many issues with our brand new home. The community is great which is the only redeeming quality. It’s just unfortunate the home quality does not reflect the price you pay.

I can't say kb in general, but definitely the people running the show in the neighborhood where my home was built . The worst workmanship I have ever seen..... Like there are so many problems with this home I wish I could give it back. The people they contract with are not professional in anyway. So many corners cut, my slab was jack hammered open 3 times because they did the plumbing wrong ... I could go on and on . Stay away from KB homes.

Quality control was non-existent. Very frustrating when promises are made to fix issues and appointments are repeatedly blown off and go unresolved. KB has no regard for integrity or quality. Refuse to display my name to avoid repercussions. Try any other builder
