Sorry to say but don't buy from this builder my first time ever buying and it started off wonderful and then turned into a nightmare wish I could say otherwise very bad experience I will never recomendó or ever buy from this builder ever or again .

First time home buyer here and we were duped. Had multiple construction issues (wrong windows, plumbing issues, foundation not level, flooring issues, doorknobs falling off, cracked windows, windows off track) all in the first week of moving in. Customer service rep told us we were being unreasonable and then superintendent took over customer service and supervising construction. Horrible idea. You have to email and call and chase to get anyone to acknowledge your issues. Then you have to allow the same people who messed it up the first time to come back and mess it up again. Excited to buy a new home again with KB since first experience was unforgettable however it was the worse experience ever. Beginning was all good and sweet but the ending was a nightmare. From Walk through to after service was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Terrible experience

My experience with KB Homes was terrible from the start and continued to be bad through owning the home. Even after I finally was able to move in, there are multiple construction issues that weren't addressed. I like the floor plan of my home, but would not recommend KB Homes to anyone.

Robbed me of the joy in buying my first home

The entire experience was/is horrible. From the start a salesperson giving wrong information about home options & solar programs, sales/customer service people not showing up to home walk through appointments, to multiple building delays. After a 11 month wait l moved in & it took five weeks to gain access to my mailbox. Not to mention, after two appraisals the house still came in almost $30k under the purchase price. Highly recommend using another builder.

Poor Quality and poor quality control

There were so many issues we found after we moved in. Major plumbing issue they have not fixed almost two months after we moved in. Two downstairs toilets overflowed first week we moved in, plumber found the underground pipe connection issue. I purchased brand news homes many times in the past, I never experienced so many issues in the past. We had total 8 families from our phase to move in around the same time, every single family experienced the same. KB hired the cheapest contractors or staff to build their homes. there were so many incomplete jobs we found after we moved in. I don’t know ...

Please don’t trust them They do not have integrity They say you can get another lender but if you do they will threaten you that you will not close on time to force your hand to come back to them. Very stressful closing process

Not what we were promised.

Our house seemed rushed and not complete. We paid lots for an incomplete house. Cole was helping us get everything taken care of, then they let him go leaving us with people that did not take customer service as seriously as he did. Now that Cole is back, which we are sooooo relieved by, hopefully things will get corrected for us. Our original salesman Scott has been awesome as well. Cole and Scott were the only ones that cared about us.

I bought a brand new home, with that I expected it to perfect inside. There have been so many issues in my house and still are. They have attempted to fix some things, but they still don’t look acceptable. Contractors that are doing my work don’t seem be professional and you can tell in their work.

KB promises 100% completion before move-in, but they did not deliver on their promise. Our home was far from being completed with numerous flaws and construction problems. We are still dealing with issues that have not be fixed or even addressed. Our neighbors have similar or worse issues. I have purchased other new home in the past and have never had such a bad experience. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy a KB home.

My home buying process started out perfect. The deal sounded great and the expectations were set high by the sales Agent and builder. I went to the design center and picked out many very nice reasonably priced upgrades with the exception if appliances. The appliances seemed rather expensive. Then the bad part stared. as I met with the construction manager it seemed he did not know particulars of the build. Two sides of the backyard fence are made of the cheapest driftwood. Even a small dog can push its way through and 2 dogs have come into my yard through that flimsy fence. And when it rains, the wood is soft and can crumble off by itself. Why would a builder use that type of "wood" for a new home? I've been without the screen to my master bathroom window for almost 2 months now. KB Homes should follow through with replacing the 2 sides of rotten wood/fence and providing the screen for the master bathroom window.

Bought a bunch of problems with KB house

Multiple issues with the KB house after we moved in. You have to file claims to fix these issues and it takes long time for the construction problems to be fixed. All appointments are scheduled during my work hours. Do I need to quit my job or hire a house sitter to be at home for all these after purchase repairs? It was the worst decision of my life to buy a new construction/KB home

Quality is very bad. What they sell is very different to what they deliver. The only important thing for them was closing the sale no matter what. Quality the worst of all the builder I have purchased from including Lennar, GL Homes., Horton.

Terrible experience with building team and sales. Not a builder who keeps the customer in mind since everything done is always rushing the customer. Mistakes were made by builder yet customer has to pay the price. Unable to trust Tami, Nick, and Al.

KB sales office upgraded my flooring to wood and failed to send me a sample of the flooring. I requested 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch engineered wood! They used cheaper 3/8 wood and charged 30K. Did not send me sample! THIEFS!
