There are always horror stories you hear about new home builders and owners who are unhappy with their new home. Our story is NOT one of those stories. Ours was a great story, a pleasant story, a great home, and continues to be to this day. From the design studio, to KB Home Loans, to now living and loving our home - KB Home has be a surprise in the many things they have done for us and our home. The little things in the home that take a lot of the worry out home ownership. Lots of included items that you might take for granted are there so we dont have to worry about them. Sure, it's not 100% perfect - there are a few very minor things I might have liked to seen done differently. But I tell you it is pretty darn close to perfect. Best builder forever , they always come to you! These guys work hard and when I call them anything for help they show up ASAP

Everyone at KB has made the home-buying process easy and pain-free. We love our home!

We did our first walk through and we found some things ( scratch tub, wire sticking out of stucco, roof tile missing nails, dead plants and some texture and painting issues). Also the superintendent showed up 30 min late. He said that he would add trim in the garage for being late. A week later was our closing date and it rain 2 days during that week. We had another walk through and the only thin was fixed was the paint and texture issues. He said the they can fix the issues while we are living their. I did not want to slow anything down so I said okay. It took them 2 weeks after I said something again to fix the issues the only thing they did was fixed the tub. Now almost 2 months later the super called me and ask how everything is doing. I told he that our plants still need to be replaced, fix the roof, stucco, 2 doors need fixed ( 1 does not latch and the other does not closed), we saw a hole in the bottom of the cabinet in the bathroom, and I put a new faucet in the kitchen and it looks like it had some water damage on the bottom shelf of the cabinet. He told me he would schedule me for the nexted friday and nobody called me and nobody showed. ... More

The staff at kB homes go above and beyond to make sure all is well and happy.

KB always had someone available to answer questions and help out - very proactive and did a good job anticipating our needs. We made some last minute changes that really challenged the Sales group but they made it happen. The KB guys doing the building (Ops) were really good. Example: they found things on the walk around that I did not see - and corrected them. Very helpful and responsive employees.

The workmanship looked rushed. Lots of imperfections. Hire an inspector.

We have always had an amazing experience with KB Home. SO much so that we just bought another one from there - specifically because they were the builder. Every person we have had the pleasure of interacting with has had optimal customer service and professionalism at the forefront of their mind.

Delivered on time, the price was right, Sales & Construction crew followed through with what they said they were going to do, clean house to move into with no issues. Great experience! I would highly recommend...

If I had to do it again I still will purchase my home from KB great people ro work with.

There isn’t enough room here to cover everything that didn't come remotely close to meeting expectations. My advice to prospective buyers, do your research and look for options elsewhere.

We had an outstanding experience with all KB staff, however the quality of craftsmanship and care of construction was very poor in our first home build experience. We had trash left in our walls and behind HVAC units, carpet laid over debris, flooring laid incorrectly, missing electrical components, missing plumbing components, and more which has led to an unpleasant month of constant repairs and fixes after moving in. The KB team has been scrambling to make sure everything is fixed to our satisfaction but please make sure you are keeping an eye out on details that construction crews (a lot inexperienced) are doing incorrectly....also don’t rely on the “inspections” made by the construction manager... we have had a lot of issues that should have been taken care of during points of inspection and weren’t. Quickly, well-built home, especially considering the size and detail of the structure.
