Very responsive to the customer, quality built house

Smooth process in finding our home, closing and moving in. Follow ups were quick and thorough. All KB employees have been a joy to deal with. First two months have been very positive!

I appreciate the details that have gone into my new home. I moved and downsized from a custom built home so I appreciate many of the features..the windows, floorplan that allows for entryway for guests, the high ceilings, extra room for stairways and landings..thank you!

KB HOME has the best customer service you can find. Throughout the whole process you will enciunter different staff that answer questions, listens, and work hardly to meet the expectations set during the contratct.

House is great for the money and the neighborhood is nice. While there were some delays in getting the house ready to move in on our initial timeline, it all worked out.

We bought another new home and their customer service wasnt nearly as good as KB but their home was built better. wasnt all upgrades. Disappointed in landscape although i know some of it is controlled by the area and water shortage but more trees and color would be nice especially with a corner lot and premium lot

Matt, Peter and Roger are great at what they do and very pleasant to work with. They are the team that build your house from ground up. Unfortunately for them, the sales team and K.B.H.S, fell significantly short in providing satisfactory customer service. My wife and I felt that K.B.H.S and the sales team were unprofessional and careless. They had their own agenda and did not work with our needs. K.B.H.S told us that we were asking too many questions and it was starting to upset their upper management team. Keep in mind, the questions we were asking were as follows: 1.What is the difference in rate between 15 year fix and 30 year fix? 2. Will they match interest rate with a competitor? 3. Please provide a breakdown of interest between the 2 options? 4. Would it be better if we do a jumbo loan or a conventional? Apparently, these four questions were enough to upset the upper management of K.B.H.S. One week prior to our closing date, K.B.H.S told us we do not qualify for the loan and there was nothing they could do about it. At this time, my wife and I were forced to look into other loan companies and got approved with Cherry Creek Mortgage. As soon as we got approved my Cherry Creek Mortgage company, K.B.H.S said, "We have great news for you, we can match what Cherry Creek Mortgage is offering you." However, K.B.H.S was forcing us to close with them because, they told us that if we can not close with them on May 24th, each additional day will cost my wife and I $600 in penalties. Anyways, I can go on and on. In short, do not use K.B.H.S and make sure you get your own real estate agent involved. Do not give them the entire control of the sale, cause they are not worthy of such trust. The rest of the team was spectacular though. Truly one of a kind. Thanks again to Peter, Matt and Roger. I had a excellent sales rep that kept me informed all the time. The service reps and super did an exceptional job while purchasing my house. I would recommend KB Homes to anybody interesting in buying a new home.

We just moved in our new home a couple of days ago and everything seems to be fine. We had 1 bedroom door that didn't fit right and they will send someone to fix it.

Everything went smoothly. Very pleased with every staff member we came in contact with.

Home had two issues that should have been identified and addressed during quality checks. Very disappointing. Issues have since been addressed but it took quite some time. Water was not turned back on to dishwasher after installation causing motor damage and changing a lightbulb led to power outage in two rooms, one of which a bathroom and the other a home office. Electrical company used by KB is not reputable, professional or timely.

The guys who sold us the house and built it were the best! More than what we could have asked for

Your customer service representatives is not very active on following up on the issue on the house discrepancy safety discrepancy !!example thermostat programming (?i have to learned it on my own!! Same issue on the outside light programming!! He is not very responsive !!

Great experience buying with KB. Was good to have everything we needed under one roof. Very attentive staff who listened to what we needed, from the Sales team and the interior design studio to the building and closing team. We love our new house.

Ever since the beginning of the sales process to eventually closing and now moving in to our KB Home, it has been nothing but easy and I have felt like everyone genuinely cares for our best interest.

I think the quality of materials and workmanship could have been better. KB should have given more options for selection and included additional standard options for appliances and fixtures compared to other builders in the area. Also the floor plan could have utilized more space upstairs when compared to the total build up area. Overall satisfied 1st time home buyer. I got the product what I have paid for.
