Many badly finished details

It's an experience

Excellent support, craftsmanship

House was built according to plans, things went smooth from beginning to end. There were some minor issues that the builder had to come back to fix, but overall things went well. Good customer service, good construction manager, good warranty service, and good studios inventory. The reasons I didn’t give the 5 stars was because we found lot of crack on the garage floor foundations, and front porch. We also found three same long crack on the door molding frames. There were a few dents on the door molding frames, and the house was not clean when we moved in.

Ruben does an excellent job of explaining things and he's very nice and volunteers his work without repercussions. He's quick on response and work.

Kb Homes builds a good product. They are conscientious about pleasing the new homeowner.

From the start of the home buying process to move in the KB team was Top Notch throughout the entire process. I was kept up to date on every development from the loan processing, concrete pouring, framing, drywall etc. A great team, with a great company.

Straightforward process from sales to construction to getting the final keys!

It was a great experience from start to finish. Our sales agent, Stephen was excellent. He kept us up to date on the progress once they started to build the house. Cathy at the design center did a fantastic job with our options selection. Our build supervisor, Bashar was always quick to respond to outlet questions during the build. Our customer service person, Haroon is assisting us with getting our punch list items taken care of. Now that we’ve been in the house for almost two months we’re loving our new home. My experience with KB Home has been extremely positive all around. Very few issues throughout the whole process and any concern I had was addressed immediately. I can't say enough good things about all of the individuals that helped me through the process and would highly recommend KB Home.

Service quality is good, final product too. Just upgraded materials are somewhat over priced.

Nicole and Pam helped us greatly through our purchase and move in.

It’s been great having our 1st new home. We did have a few construction concerns at first but KB responded to a survey that I completed and addressed the big issues and for that we are happy.

Responsiveness to issues by the construction team was slow and unsatisfactory.

Mark was fantastic with the sale. Thomas was excellent with the walk throughs, and he gave good advice and helpful hints. Everything brought to his attention was addressed in a timely manner. I was just getting comfortable with Justin but he’s not my rep anymore. He was also very helpful. My2 disappointments are, no white stone on the garage. Should be one of your trademarks. Almost every home has one. Is there a way to get one? And, I wish the gate opened on the other side of the house, hard to get lawn mower to the backyard.
