My wife and I are very pleased with our expectations as to what we received. The people that helped us went above and beyond, I really only have great things to say about the people, and that helped us tremendously as this was our first home buying experience.

Excellent house builder

My husband and I have been looking for a house for the better part of 2 years. We started building with another company and had a terrible experience. The quality of materials, the customer service, and the overall experience with that company from start to finish was a nightmare. We wound up backing out of that house. We were really nervous about building a home after that, but KB put all of our worries at ease. Every single step of the process was explained to us and every single person was completely transparent. They encouraged us to ask questions and be very involved with the process of building our home. It was such a night and day difference. We had an awesome experience with our KB Team in Richmond Texas. The sales representative, loan officer (all the team) and the superintendent builder were very active, attentive and responsive. They listened our needs and guide us through the whole process, we had a third party inspector performing a review of the property. The builder accepted and correct all the findings promptly and efficiently. Everything up to closing on the new build was flawless and without issue, and even the small issues when the final walkthrough/acceptance was done was responded to in a quick manner and resolved.

On your walkthrough look over it with a fine-tooth comb there's always something that you miss

Buying a home is quite the process. KB did everything on their end to ensure I was satisfied. They assisted with the closing cost and along with HOA fees. I also had a town home I was renting at the time and they assisted with getting that lease settled. Them home has energy save appliances and after being here for a month and getting my first bills it makes a bit of a difference ! I’ve only been here a little over a month and the house was built already so I can’t comment on the building process but so far no issues. Several annoying issues such as wrong appliance installation, cracks in the driveway pavement, and hanging electrical wires that impede the closure of kitchen cabinet drawers.
