I am really happy about my property purchase with KB home. The sales team is very helpful and professional. The property has good quality and the price is very reasonable. The property is built in a very good location, very close to the Milpitas Bart station and Great Mall, very convenient.

Nice home, very comfortable, sales and construction crews friendly and helpful. Underwriters asked for information which in our estimation should have been easily obtained by them, but insisted we supply to them.

In short, everything was just done to get the house off the market. Everything was mediocre. Thankful for our sales person Gina and superintendent Kevin for hearing us and doing their best to correct the errors. Tips: DO NOT sign off or accept keys till everything and I mean everything is completely done right. From paint jobs to working light bulbs. From flooring to any dents and holes around the house!

The sales process was honest and upfront, when the house was being built we were constantly updated. Moving in was a DREAM, the house is amazing. We have a handful of small issues and they are all being addressed in a very timely manner. Love this KB Team!

I was completely satisfied with the whole home buying experience with KB homes.

Somewhat sloppy on workmanship. Many finish details overlooked. Tiles with saw marks continuing for inches past a cut of a tile. Most window sills without paint on sides or bottom. Sloppy caulking around door trims but painted over anyway. Overall, a nice house, but with many finishing touches overlooked. The people at KB who have been helping us resolve issues after move-in have all been very responsive and great to work with, though.

Loved working with Martin and Kuellen. Both responded quickly to any questions/issues I had.

Everyone has been very helpful throughout the whole process and fixed any problems.
